Best North Indian Thali in Alaska ❤️ we drove from Seward to Fairbanks passing Anchorage, tried Indian restaurants in Anchorage but this one in Fairbanks surely beats them all !!!

I love Indian food and this is the best I have ever had. The chef is a culinary genius. The thali platter is the best example of his expertise. I have been purchasing spices to try to replicate the complexity of his flavors, but he is all heart and skill. I am flying back to Fairbanks tonig get and heading straight there! Unforgettable and absolutely craveable!

The food is excellent, the waitress with medium length hair is awesome, she has served me before and she was consistent with kindness The restaurant is also nice to look at, it’s well decorated. I would recommend this place if you wanted to for sure have a good meal. This isn’t a hit or miss kind of spot. It’s just a hit.
