True Food Market

Modern vibe with super friendly staff awaits. The food though was horrible. Maybe horrible isn’t the best way to describe this food - tasteless is a better description. Which is surprising because True Food at Kierland is very good and all of the dishes that I’ve had over the years at Kierland were packed with flavor. Ordered the Mediterranean Bowl at the Market location and added the grilled chicken. The chicken was decent, but there was zero flavor or taste with anything else in the bowl. It’s was just a big glob of quinoa with zero taste. The arugula was supposed to be a Greek salad, but I think it was suppose to have dressing on it - but did not. The two small dabs of harissa yogurt (literally size of a dime) did nothing to add favor. I then asked for a side of harissa, and realized that the harissa too had no flavor whatsoever. This was one of the most bland tasteless meals I have ever had in my entire life. I don’t recommend this location and will never go back. There are better options in the same new plaza for 1/2 of the cost.

The food was served in a timely manner and it was delicious the service was great.

Ordered the Caesar wrap to go and waited 20 minutes even though I was the only person in the restaurant. Wrap was disappointing - dry chicken, not much lettuce, and too much of the wrap portion which was not very fresh. Side salad was drowned in dressing that was not very good. It should come on the side for to go orders.

Loved the Heritage Bowl!! New to the menu and can’t wait to have another! Cassie was so friendly and had great recommendations! Thank you!

Stumbled upon this new True Food’s concept - was soooo good! Easy in out, cute, - a scaled down True Food menu but good selection and tasty!

Came to get a torpedo, our favorite thing on the menu, and discovered they changed the menu and no longer make them. The new “alternative” choice is a $13.95 chicken sandwich (cost of two torpedos). Sad that True Food removed the best choice on the menu. The reason we discovered True Food in the first place is by recommendation from friends specifically for the torpedo. Sad.

Nope! So disappointing. For $15, and too long of a wait; I got two bites of a kale salad and some really salty chicken fingers. Highly disappointing. Actually made me sick to my stomach. They'll never get my business again. The only upside was I got to go into some nice air conditioning while I waited for my food. At least the manager gave me my money back; and that is the only reason for two, and not one star *I'm still nauseated, an hour later.* 🤢
