Rude and disrespectful staff. Owner David berated a 36 week pregnant woman for eating food in restaurant. She was told she can stay if she got a drink which she DID. It was a very hot day and pregnant woman are high risk for heat stroke. He told her "your pregnancy is no excuse. You can eat in your car." And tried to grab her food. Aplacate dude and Learn how to handle difficult situations effectively or get out of food service. again disappointed on how this situation was handled. DO BETTER.

I've never in my life been treated with such disrespect, hostility, and outright cruelty--especially while 36 weeks pregnant. I placed a to-go order at this restaurant, unaware that they don't allow takeout customers to sit and eat. When I arrived, the staff was immediately rude and dismissive, but told me I could stay if I ordered a drink--which I did. While waiting and sipping my drink, I began to feel lightheaded (again, very pregnant), so I took a few bites of the tacos I had just purchased. That's when the owner, David stormed out and berated me in front of other customers. I calmly explained I was feeling unwell due to the heat (it was nearly 90°F outside), and he actually had the nerve to say: "Your pregnancy is no excuse. You can eat in your car." This was while the indoor dining area was almost completely EMPTY. I apologized, told him I'd finish my drink and leave--but that wasn't enough. He returned moments later, aggressively got in my face, reached for my plate, and said he had "watched me scarf down my food" and would now be escorting me out. He actually got in my personal space and tried to grab my plate of food- I was shocked. Then came the final blow: he told me I was being trespassed. Absolutely outrageous. I left feeling shaken, disrespected, and on the verge of tears. I can't stress enough how inappropriate, unprofessional, and needlessly cruel this entire experience was. Avoid this place at all costs--especially if you value being treated like a human being. I didn't get to finish my food and now it tastes terrible because it's cold

Absolutely appalled by the way my pregnant friend was treated here. She had just picked up a to-go order and sat down at one of the many empty tables in the dining area to eat because she wasn’t feeling well. She’s very far along in her pregnancy and the heat outside was unbearable (90°F+). What happened next was beyond unacceptable. The man at the counter immediately started harassing her, berating her for sitting down, almost grabbing her food, and threatening to throw it away. All this for eating to-go food inside THEIR restaurant. Eventually, he told her she was trespassing, even though she was a paying customer and the space was almost completely empty. When she explained that she was pregnant and just needed a moment, he mocked her and said that being pregnant wasn’t an excuse. He told her to go eat in her car, in the heat. This was cruel, heartless, and completely unnecessary. I’ve never heard such a disturbing lack of compassion and basic human decency. Pregnancy aside, no one deserves to be treated this way, especially not a customer who just supported your business. If this is how you treat people, especially vulnerable ones, you don’t deserve customers at all.

Would give a negative star if possible. I heard how you treated a customer who is pregnant. You don’t allow take out orders to eat in and behaved and a disrespectful way kicking her out. Super disgusting!!! Will never visit this establishment and will worn all other vegans I know not to visit. Btw to anyone reading this, the owner behaved in this manner. Kicking a pregnant woman out cuz she ordered take out and wanted to eat in, while the restaurant is almost empty.

This is my first time writing a review, and I couldn’t believe how poorly the man at counter treated some ladies that came in. I witnessed him harass them for eating a “to-go” order that was FROM THIS RESTAURANT outside even though one of the ladies was pregnant and not feeling well. At one point he reached for their food and threatened to throw it away! This almost feels illegal! She was apologetic and sweet, and let him know she wasn’t feeling well and I heard him say that being pregnant isn’t an excuse! He was overly aggressive and I was so disturbed witnessing this treatment of a customer!

Not the best food that I had during my visit. Just wasn't my favorite and I love Mexican food. Most of the menu is more on the expensive side and the food was kind of bland.

So hands down so far I enjoyed the vegan rice, beans, and potato tacos. There are hardly any vegetarian or vegan spots that I like to eat certain foods at.. however this spot hits the rice, Veggies, beans. Thanks.

Second time I have come now and driven out of my way during posted business hours and they are closed. 7pm on a Thursday evening. Door is locked and they are not answering the phone, so frustrating.
