There seem to be fewer plant-based restaurants to enjoy in the Inland Empire, so I'm ecstatic that the Vegan Korner is still going strong. Their service is always super friendly, the pesto pasta is my all-time favorite (I always get the 9" large order because it lasts for a few leftover meals), the slushy-like strawberry lemonade is so refreshing, and it's hard for me to share the garlic cheese bread (I want to keep it all to myself)! This isn't a sit-down restaurant but recently they added a cute little bench table for 2-3 people to either wait for their order or eat inside. I want The Vegan Korner to succeed because of their passion for the environment and animals -- the most important reason to be plant-based!!
