I tried three dishes and they were all a delightful experience, showcasing the vibrant flavors and textures that fresh, plant-based ingredients can offer. I wholeheartedly recommend this exceptional establishment to anyone looking for delicious, high-quality vegan cuisine. The attention to freshness and creativity in their menu truly sets this place apart!

Amazing vegan spot with beautiful vibes! 🌱 We tried several dishes including the Rise Bowl, Shroom skillet, the brownie with coconut ice cream, and a perfect taco (not pictured) — every single bite was incredible! Super fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The space itself adds so much to the experience — it’s a rooftop café with a relaxing, boho-chic ambiance. Think open-air seating, ocean breeze, cozy cushions, and yoga vibes.

One of those places you stumble upon and immediately know you'll be coming back again and again. I had the roasted duck with cranberry glaze, and it was divine — tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The staff were polite and professional, and the prices were reasonable for the quality. Loved the open kitchen concept and overall warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Great place to relax, amazing rooftop, and friendly staff. There are yoga classes offered, as well as the little store with all kinds of merchandise, from tarot cards to festival clothing. Decadence is a desert you must try, three layers of goodness! Pumpkin pie was also mouthwatering. Drum circle on full moons is my absolute favorite though, it's an experience for itself.

It's OK super expensive for small portions. Received only 3 potato wedges that were under cooked. I personally would not recommend it. Not worth the price.

I would live and work here. I would never leave. What a cute spot! Visited while on vacation and it was everything I needed after a long flight. Tacos were spectacular, vibes immaculate. The smoothie was great, too! Although I almost choked on a banana because it was added whole which I didn’t realize and thought was odd but hey, that’s California for ya! So cute and very cool.

TRILOGY is my favorite restaurante. I would gladly eat there every single day .They offer a wide variety of plant based options and all are healthy and delicious. The service and atmosphere anre informal and relaxed. There I don’t have to worry about my allergies.. I wish they would open another Trilogy near Scripps Ranch or Poway.
