Fist this first love there teas must have. also, i never thought i would like vegan food, but they make it so good!! they also have not so vegan and it's delicious there service is amazing Gasper was super friendly and welcoming we keep coming back.

This is the best restaurant i’ve been to in Lancaster! The service is 10/10 and the food is amazing! I had the breakfast burrito and i’m still thinking about it till today. Also the strawberry shortcake biscuit was to die for omg! Definitely give it a try!

Only place in the area with a variety of items for a vegan breakfast

This was our first time here. It was recommended by an acquaintance. The chicken balsamic and chicken artichoke sandwiches were really good. The vanilla bean tea was ok but very fresh. I will have to try a different tea next time. The service was very friendly but a little slow. But I would definitely go back. And will recommend it to my friends.

I had a wonderful experience today at The Modern Tea Room for a birthday lunch. Everyone enjoyed their food, especially those eating from the vegan menu. The service was very organized and they were super kind when one of our party found a dish too spicy. It was busy and there was a lot of ambient noise due to all the patrons. It was a perfect spot for a special lunch!

I always had a good experience with this place, but on 5/17/25 it was bitter sweet, my mom had a hair in her food, which disgusted her and was unable to continue eating. The worse thing was, she let them know and did nothing about it. I had already paid our bill. We waited at our table for a while, but nobody came out to say, "we apologize for that experience, what can we do to make it better or fix it." Not a single word or thing done. That was disturbing enough for us never to come back.

Not reaching their potential on the kitchen side of the business. The pancakes had the makings for the perfect stack but when you dig in and it’s still doughy in multiple areas just a huge let down. (Undercooked) Eggs had no love, taste and texture as if it came from a carton box and had zero seasoning. No color and just a disappointment for anyone who enjoys a good scrambled egg. Overall great vision, but menu execution was lack luster at best.

This place was amazing. The food that prices the atmosphere and the employee. No doubt I'll be back

recommend the drinks and the tea, especially the raspberry razzle, dazzle drink. I love it. The nachos are bomb as hell and also the gravy and biscuits are bomb. And sandwiches/salads.

Food is good. Service is a bit slow.
