Oakberry Acai

I called four times and no one answer the phone. Finally went up to the actual store and I stood there for about 3 to 4 minutes, and the guy finally turned around and excuse me, but no one answered the phone. Yeah then I asked him how long of a wait and he said about 5 to 10 minutes. I walked out terrible service.

I truly hate to do this but every time (twice) I come to get my bowl and Anthony is working it takes foreverrrrr. I have only 30min to eat and he lags . I had to interrupt him to ask him to change his gloves because mid way preparing my smoothie he decides to disinfect clean the top of the machine WITHOUT changing his gloves before touching my cup.ughhh. im going to avoid ordering when I see him working ..sorry not sorry cause now 15mins later trying to eat this I need a straw not a spoon . What a waste of money

Açai here is very yummy. Very comparable to good açais from Brazil. The service not so great. The person that helped us gave us the vibe he was doing us the biggest favor ever, zero enthusiasm to be working there. Felt like he was being forced to do his job. Really killed the vibe.

Came by at 7:45am on a Wednesday and the closed signed was still up and doors were locked. If hours have changed make sure they are updated on the website.

I like Oakberry Acai cuz of the taste of it. It definitely is more sweet compared to others, which is bit too tart sometimes. It is located on the top floor. You will need to park in the structure ( Free 30min parking ).

The lady working there was just miserable looking. Obviously she hates her job and hates serving people, why work there then? Not a “hello welcome in”, just an awkward stare when entering. Then after she gives you you’r order well that’s it. She wanted you to reach over the counter to her side just to take your order from her hands because she didn’t want to take the effort to walk the 2 feet to the side of the counter that’s lower. Then the awkward stare as I say “ have a good day” and she just looks at you dead eyed. I’ve worked in food and retail , I just can’t imagine hiring someone like that to represent my business.

I’ve never left a review before, but this smoothie was so terrible I felt compelled to. I paid $15 for what turned out to be more of a flavored water than a smoothie. I couldn’t believe my eyes as I watched the person behind the counter fill half the blender with tap water before blending it all together. The result was a watery, bland drink that barely had any flavor. It was a huge disappointment and certainly not worth the price. This is not the açaí you’re searching for.

i order from here all the time and it’s always delicious!! loveeee that the employees always write a cute note on the bag :) i just wish u were able to ask for extra fruit online 😔

I’ve never even left a review before but I am a regular here and just need to say that the majority of the employees at this location should not be working in any type of service job. There are two younger girls that I’ve seen quite a few times that are pretty sweet, but the BOY. He is unfortunately who I encounter the most here. Never have I ever met someone with as terrible energy as him. He has never once smiled, said “hi how are you” or looked me in the eyes?? Like I’ve left with my jaw on the floor multiple times because I just can’t believe that this guy can’t be bothered to even greet a customer or SMILE😭 I feel actually annoyed when I walk in and see that he’s the one working. Hope he’s doing okay though because he appears miserable and think he should pursue a career in a different field. Peace and love❤️
