Best falafel and service!

The first time I went to Falafel Palace was in the mid 80s. It was the first place I ever had falafel. I went a lot with my boyfriend at the time. We loved it. But then I moved away, and I couldn't go back because of the memories after we broke up. 40 years later, they're still there!! I'm back in the area, and went back again. I ordered a falafel plate, and it was good. That's not hard to get right. Next time, I'm going to try a meat dish.

If I lived nearby, I would be eating here every day!! If you’ve never had falafel before, THIS is the place to try it. It’s one of my favorite foods of all time, but this is only place in LA where I’ll order it because it’s the only place I’ve found that makes it this delicious (even though I live on the other side of the city). I’m finally in the area again after first trying Falafel Palace three years ago, and I’ve remembered it and wanted to return ever since. So happy to be back! This time, I tried the mezzo plate for dinner last night, then returned for the purple pita falafel sandwich for lunch today. Both are incredible! The eggplant (both the spicy spread and the fried eggplant) and falafel balls with hummus and tahini are stand outs. They make everything from scratch here (so rare) and have a top-quality selection of sides and toppings, and their pita is PERFECT; it’s warm and fluffy and just the right level of chewiness, best I’ve had in years. Today I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Sam and his daughter Gina, who were funny and super kind and sent me off with an assortment of delicious treats including their vegan baklava after learning I’m vegan—such sweet people! I’m so happy they’re here (the establishment is 52 now!), and I see why they’ve been able to make it this long as a favorite in the neighborhood; they are a true gem in this city, worth traveling for and bringing friends to. I hope they’re around for another 52 years to come! Thank you Gina and Sam!

Lovley vegan options brought my own feda cheese. Ultimate falafel burger, frys, and Keen was. Sprinkle the vegan cheese on the fries and the burger. 🥳🎊 Just add in a bit of flair to an already great food.

This is one of the least value driven restaurants ever! Too expensive, less than mediocre food and horrible service with staff with an attitude! Gave them a second chance, but See you never again!

Good food - Best falafel in the valley! Great gyros and falafel.

Everything is made from scratch. All containers and jars are US produced. So is it any good? Daughter... still doesn't like the taste of Falafel. But loved the chicken kabobs. Son... ate my lamb gyro.... its okay I got a taste, it was delicious. Ended up eating his chicken Kabob and it was also extremely good. My wife had the Falafel Pita Shroom version, and the King wrap... she ate half of each, she couldn't make up her mind. She almost devoured the whole Pita Shroom , but had the self contol to try the other, which she also thoroughly enjoyed. The love spell in a mason jar is now a must have its an incredible juice blend that made her want a second. Plenty of seating and the owner and staff are wonderful.
