I used to love coming here but lately the service is terrible. We got here about an hour before close thinking that would be plenty of time. Staff kicked us out of the restaurant lobby at 1015. Then at 1030 they proceeded to make everyone get off the outside furniture so that they could move it inside. So we felt super unwelcome, and the food took ages. I think our order was complete at 1045 which seems way too long for burgers and especially too long if you’re going to remove all seating for guests waiting for their orders. Just a note I don’t think it’s the staffs fault. They were clearly understaffed and supposedly the moving of furniture is the owners policy. In any case I’m done with this place. Hopefully the owner gets a reality check at some point abd is willing to pay enough employees and pay for their time to move furniture AFTER close.

The food is solid as someone who typically doesn’t eat vegan food. I wish the tomato’s were higher quality as they’re just the typical watery tasteless tomato’s, otherwise food would get 5 stars. The hours on the website and on the door are incorrect though. They actually close at 1030pm even though they say 11pm on their door. If you sit down at 1015pm they will kick you out and make it take out only at 1030pm which is fine if that’s what they advertised. But the closing time is labeled as 11pm, so we sat at a table at 1020pm and the workers took our chairs and table at 1030pm and said they were forced to by the awful owner. Also we were fully planning on leaving before 11pm since that was the advertised closing time Simple solution would be to label the hours as 1030pm-11pm as take out only and this place would get 4 or 5 stars easily

Gluten free fryer!! Awesome staff. Gross burgers (was that beef or not beef that I just ate? I couldn't tell & smothered in the most disgusting sauce that I'd asked to have without). Fries were awesome. Ranch was so gross. Excessive packaging but decent hot food.

My wife enjoys vegan food, so this is the best spot to get a burger with so many varieties. Definitely will go again.

Very yummy vegan food. The classic patch burger is always a great go to but the seasonal milkshakes are also wonderful and a must(favs being strawberry and blackberry when in season). Nia helped me with my order and has great and fast service every time I see her there!

I’ve come here for a while, almost exclusively to-go orders. The burgers are tasty and priced better than most vegan burgers without fries. Fries are delicious! Every single time I am greeted promptly and asked what I need. Unfortunately not tonight. I came in for my completed pick up order, the gentleman up front was occupied with 2 people (1 order). He had plenty of opportunities to address me but didn’t. I made eye contact with at least 2 of the several staff in the back who were not occupied, and still nothing. Nearly 10 minutes later, 1 employee came to the front and acknowledged me. I was the only other person in line. I hope evening staff of 6/14/2025 improves. You may have to assert your presence beyond making eye contact and being seen entering. Hope this helps burger patch operations and future customers.

Burger Patch: BEST burgers on the planet. AND they are not meat! Win win. Seriously I challenge anyone to find a better burger/fries/shake combo anywhere. We live 5 hours from Sac and go out of our way to time it so we can eat dinner here when in the area. That’s how amazing this place is. Pro tip: no meat burps!

Arrived 10 min to closing yet was treated with patience and welcoming manner. We were expecting average burgers but those turned out to be quite amazing! I loved kind burger with pickles. Tater tots were good as well, next time will try spades (fries). Satisfying meal worth the money. They dont accept bills over $20.
