Absolutely rude customer service , after an extra 10 minutes of waiting for my food order 2 burgers a 2 fries ,which was a 40 minute wait , ok no problem. Waited for a text 10 minutes has past since the estimated 40 minute wait (so 50 minutes at this time), my husband went and asked how much longer it would be was give an estimated time or 10 minutes (60 minutes now ) after the 60 minute mark asked again , another 10 minutes ( 70 minutes) after that my husband asked about again since it had our name order on the screen , the customer service guy gave him a rude reply and closed the sliding window on him, at this point it’s been 80 minutes and I had enough so I get out and asked what’s the wait ? The worker said the machines are down to make the food. So I asked can I get my money back? His reply :You have to call door dash. I called and guess what! they don't answer. Finally after 90 minutes of waiting I get a text the food is ready, the fries are lukewarm and soggy, burgers not warm , foods greasy can see it through the bag but can’t get a refund from them directly ? will definitely dispute with the bank. Threw the food away because that’s straight trash , waisted my time.

It appears this is the wrong location for me to update but I do not recall the name of the brewery.. it is probably next door.

Was excited to try the new location at the Garden at the Line. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. Not what it used to be. Waited 45 minutes for our food. The food was overly salty, delivered cold, and flavorless. The lemonades tased like drinking pure sugar. The cheese on the fries wasn’t melted and was cold.

I've been wanting to go for ages and I finally got the opportunity. Let me tell you, worth the damn wait. Order on the website and then go pick up (save you time and frustrations in the small parking lot) ! Don't drive, then order, and then pickup. There is maybe one or two tables. It's more of a pick up and eat elsewhere. The food, holy moly! So delicious! So flavorful! The chickun or how have spelled on the menu was fire! The tatchos were loaded and heavy in the box. Very much recommend!

Just found Pure Soul today and it is now our new favorite vegan restaurant in Sacramento. I got the dippers with ranch, mac and cheese and a lemonade. My coworker got the big poppa sandwich and animal fries. We're full and happy! The person handing out the food told us that they are opening a beer garden soon so we'll definitely be back with friends.

This was so good. If you love garlic get the garlic fries. I am ruined for any other kind of fries. The blt and shake were delicious. Definitely need to work my way through their menu!

I got the club sandwich. Unfortunately, the sandwich looked nothing like the photo shown on the website, and had no flavor besides from the mayo. I really wanted to like the sandwich, especially since it was $17.50. The garlic fries are really good though!!!
