I love the den I’ve been coming here since I was about 7 years old when it was still the Gypsy Den. They have different variety of foods to try and they have great customer service.

Hours are listed opening at 9am. Visited at 9:30 and the door was locked. No explanatory sign. I used to be a regular customer of their now closed Costa Mesa location.

One Star – Never Again I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place was a complete disappointment. The moment we walked in, the smell of old grease hit us. The floors were sticky, the tables hadn’t been wiped properly, and the bathroom was in such bad shape I didn’t even want to use it. As for the food—completely bland. I ordered something that should’ve had flavor (spicy chicken), but it tasted like boiled rubber with zero seasoning. Even the fries were limp and soggy. Service was slow and disinterested. Honestly, I regret not walking out when we saw the condition of the place. Definitely not coming back.

We came for a work lunch. Food was really good, but it did take awhile to come out. I did like how they brought the food out as it was coming out of the kitchen and not waiting until everyone’s food was done. Everybody loved their food! I would come here again.

Lovely spot in Santa Ana Old Town. The food was delicious and the coffee taste is really well. You can get a bar service too. I love the old decoration.
