Very rarely, in the Bay Area (where even mediocre gets rated at least 4.5 stars!:) ), do you come across a food cart (especially desi ones) where the food is genuinely authentic, clean and served fresh; and not heating+spicing up+clobbering together frozen items. (Putta+kadala curry), (Appam+stew) and even something as simple as their coconut chutney is a cut above the rest and as authentic as it can get here in this land. Their commitment to making everything fresh shows. Keep it up!

Just as good as anything you'll get in South India. Incredible quality of idiyappam and appam and the chana curry. Everything we tried was amazing. Portion size of the curries could be a bit larger.
