Yummy. I've had a smoothie and sandwich here both were good.

Service is very slow as some have mentioned but staff are generally friendly. I would recommend ordering online if you're in a hurry. A good option if you're looking for a casual spot that offers tasty drinks and sandwiches with plenty of vegan options, including the pastries.

Best vegan/veg spot in Vista by far! Friendly staff, stylish location, great food and drinks...what more could you ask for?

The food is really good.. the service is slow, but this is not the place where you go if your in a hurry. Update. Food is still good. Service has gotten better.

I have to say I have spent hundreds of dollars here but after today I will NEVER be back! The service here is horrendously bad. Literally the owner and staff were so rude and the food tasted horrible. I find it crazy that people like this think they will stay in business with this type of behavior and treatment of their loyal customers. Please trust me never go there. Let me save you the over priced food and drinks!!!!

I came to Milk Organics on a Sunday afternoon with my friend, and asked them if they had any milk—turns out it’s a vegan restaurant with only cashew milk! In all seriousness, the place is pretty interesting—the dining area reminds me of some restaurants in Oaxaca, mainly because the wall paintings and general plant and seating arrangements. The food was pretty good—not necessarily anything to shout about, but the Green Goddess sandwich and avocado toast were both pretty solid. The ube milk tea was exceptionally good, possibly because it used cashew milk, which has a heavier body than regular cow’s milk. Don’t get me wrong—the sandwich and toast were tasty and the ingredients were really fresh, but I suppose I probably need to try more items to get a better idea of the menu and really assess the menu fairly. All in all, it was a good experience and I’ll definitely try to come back!

Their service is excellent but above all their milk alternatives hit the spot. So yummy!!

First time we went 9 minutes before closing, wanting a smoothie, and we were told they wouldn't serve us since they're closing soon... Next time got an acai bowl which was just ok. I don't like that they tell you that you need to have a smart phone on you and go online to see menu. Asked for menu there and was handed a menu with black marker crossings through many things.. The lady making the bowl kept pausing from making it to converse with the cashier lady about personal stuff, which was frustrating since I was on my lunch break. The cashier lady kept staring with no smile at me while I sat waiting.. I will not be returning to this place as it was quite an unpleasant experience.
