The buffalo Caesar wrap (tofu) with some added hot sauce is a weekly mainstay for a healthy-ish lunch. All of the Taco Bell / Del Taco knockoffs are as good or better than the real thing, and again pretty healthy-ish! Come for taco Tuesday, stay for the CGC 🌮

I love their food. I've been a customer for a couple of years at least. I developed a gluten allergy and they have tasty gluten free options. Usually in festivals they sell out and since they use Toast for their POS they are very efficient and have your orders ready in no time. When ordering online or delivery, do it from their website their toast online ordering website to avoid the restaurant being charged fees like Door dash, Uber eats, and GrubHub does. If you want to support the business, just buy using their own website.

Food is good but always feels expensive for what I get. The wings on Wednesdays are the exception to this — they feel like a good value.

I read the reviews and decided to pre-order in case it was a long wait. The breakfast (carne asada seitan) burrito was delicious. It was very filling with a very good flavoring (hint of spicy). It was ready within 12 min of me ordering as I walked there, so perfect timing. The employee handed it to me through the window, which is so convenient and was very friendly with a smile. I will return in my short visit to this area and tell my local friends. I am going to new vegan places weekly as I'm not a vegetarian, but want to try them out regularly. There is one table in front, overlooking the street with an awning. Not bad as it wasn't too hot.

Great tasting, has potential, for a vegan spot. Overall for me the nitro was my favorite thing I got! (10/10 recommend) It's a shared kitchen so they have a tiny hole in the wall window to talk to you. Has seating inside a tiny room next to the window to the right. NO RESTROOMS. So don't expect to wash your hands etc. The fries were greasy, I forgot to ask for barbeque or ketchup for the fries and corn dog. The corn dog comes with only mustard. The corn dog was 50/50 breading vs "dog". Less breading would of been ideal. The lady was nice, it was a seamlessly easy/smooth ordering process. I used the inKind app to order (which builds discounts/points while eating here). I was sad they couldn't even point us in a direction to a restroom (must not have any close since it's an industrial area). Overall we enjoyed the food and experience. I can't wait to see what this establishment has for the future! Thanks for providing vegan eats in Denver. 💚💯

The food is consistently amazing and staff are always friendly and helpful. I'm not sure it's fair to judge the atmosphere of a to-go window🤣. It's fine. We love Vegan Van!

DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELICIOUS!!!! I usually bike across town on Wed, for the $1 wings. The firecracker are out of this world! The buffalo are also delicious. Very friendly staff. Great selection. Clean location. Update: Finally made it to the new location. Closer than before... for some reason, I thought you were by Ruby Hill. Nope, a quick bike ride from Cap Hill through City Park, and I'm there! I'll be back for more wings soon!
