Delicious food in a cozy space! The eggplant was our favorite entree. They have seating for about 25 people max, I came with a pretty large group of 12 and they were very accommodating!

this place is phenomenal!! the food was delicious, the staff was so lovely, and the space is so cool! i loved the eggplant dish, but everything we tried was fantastic.

Came in with a large group. Staff handled our party size like champs. I had no idea what to expect because I've never had Ethiopian food before, and I loved everything.

Second time here and love the new lunch menu. The shareable platter is perfect! The food is beautiful and oh so flavorful.

As a foodie, this place is an absolute hidden gem. The food is 10/10, vibe is 10/10, the waitstaff and owner are the kindest people. I love getting take-out here, or bringing friends to dine from out of town. They get slammed a lot on the weekends though (sometimes with an hour long waitlist) so I like to go earlier around 5pm if I dine in. The coffee is really good quality Ethiopian beans too, and I'm a coffee snob. Would highly recommend!

This is my favorite restaurant in town. I go there at least once a week. The food is clean and it is always a home cooked meal. Its food for the soul. It's a warm environment and they clearly care about every single customer who comes in. Try the Doro Wot chicken!

To quote my 6-year old son: “delicious food takes time to prepare.” Raska makes exceptional food that is cooked with intentionality by wonderful people. I can’t imagine anyone leaving this place after a meal and regretting it. One of the best “hidden” gems in all of Northern Colorado.

The food here is absolutely delicious—some of the best food in Fort Collins!! The flavors are rich, authentic, and totally 5-star.. That said, the service could use a lot of improvement. Our order was misunderstood, and the spice level was much hotter than requested (I asked for medium with extra hot sauce on the side). After that, our server didn’t check back in with us, and we had to flag someone down for the check. Next time, we’ll likely do takeout so we can continue enjoying the amazing food with a more relaxed experience. I love all you people!
