MAD Greens - Louisville

Wilted, soggy, slimy lettuce. This is not the first time and when I phoned to tell them not so much as an apology. $17 Ahi tuna salad that is usually great was really bad. At this point, not going back. I eat a lot of salads and love them but the wild greens do not hold up well in the summer and I’m finished. They were so much better but my understanding is it’s not the time to eat bagged lettuce due to salmonella/contamination concerns. Going to start going to Tokyo Joes for salads.

Clean dining area, super fresh food. I'd eat here 5 days a week for lunch if I could. So refreshing to have a healthy place to eat instead of the dozen fast food options.

Rosy and the staff at Mad Greens were wonderful! They donated lunch for more than a dozen staff members at Monarch PK-8 and the food was amazing! They were kind, respectful, and so generous - thank you, Rosy!

The food isn't bad, but it's never been worth the price of admission.

Everyone is so hard working and gets the food out fast and accurately! Come here routinely for lunch and can't beat it!

This is a good Mad Greens, service is excellent. Like many other places they've pared the menu back from the old days, taking away my favorite salad, but since you can create your own it's possible to get close to the one I loved. One thing I can't get back... Some of the great dressings they had in the old days. Still a lot of options, but not as robust as it once was.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful - I love getting new recommendations from them! The food is consistently delicious and I have never had a bad experience here
