Three Girls Vegan Creamery

They need to change the name, take away “creamy” if they don’t still offer vegan ice cream. We’ve been coming for a few years for ice cream as someone with a dairy allergy it’s hard to find vegan ice cream. We drove all the way with the kids and it should be listed somewhere of the change so people aren’t driving here for something you no longer offer. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 10 years this is just regular communication that helps the customer. Especially moms with little kids who now have crying kids because no ice cream. The “cheese” is decent being vegan. But we also had to drive back and forth between their locations before and I’ve never complained before…. There needs to be better communication or someone in charge of marketing/communications.

The owners/management are sadly very unprofessional. They voiced on their Instagram they needed support and were financially struggling - me and a lot of others commented constructive criticism politely (mainly about conflicting info of excuses why their ice cream was often not available, their problematic hours, menu changes to being now mostly carb dishes when they used to be healthier options/salads, just overall bad customer service). A few people commented on my comment and when I went to go back to check to see if they responded, I searched their account and “user not found”. They blocked me and deleted my comment thread for simply explaining reasons that lead to them financially struggling in a nutshell. I’ve been a loyal three girls customer for YEARS; ever since they started in that random neighborhood in Guilford, then moved to the post road and then the second location in downtown Guilford by the green. I’ve spent hundreds enjoying their food but I’ve had many terrible customer service experiences and still would go back and support bc their salads/ice cream was the best. But for them to block me for letting them know very politely my negative experiences while STILL SUPPORTING them is absolutely shameful to me. I will definitely be letting all my vegan friends and family know about this unprofessional and irrational decision to block a loyal customer for no reason other than letting them know reasons why they might be facing issues financially. Three Girls, you should be ashamed for this behavior. Not a way to treat your customers and it’s no wonder why you’ll be closed soon with this terrible management. Most of the food was amazing, we loved the pesto and the vegan cheese was some of the best I have ever tried! I definitely recommend the eggplant pesto rolls - they were insane. The desserts were also quite yummy. I would not recommend the meatball sandwich to be honest. The meatball did not have much flavor and the sandwich does not come dressed up the way the other sandwiches do. (To be transparent, it does say this on the menu, but I didn't understand it - oops!) I would come back!

I have been wanting to come here for quite a while and it did not disappoint! I had the vegan/gluten-free "crab" cakes which were wonderful. They had a great texture and flavor. They were also baked which was nice. There are a number of gluten free options and frozen options to take home. I brought a pizza home to have for dinner which had a nice thin, crispy crust and lots of flavor! I look forward to going back when I am in the area.

Bangin vegan food, my go to for occasions. I don't normally leave reviews... meatball calzone is good value is good af. Cannoli fire. Chicken sandwich fire. But I Saw all the negative reviews and feel bad. I've never had any issues. The owner has gone out her way for me personally.. if people had an issue with the timing its because this place is fire, they are a small business and it takes time to make good food 🙄 just place order some time in advance, pickup time before you plan to arrive.. you can always call. I wait 15+ min at dutchess after ordering a fry, doesnt mean i 1 star dutchess. people just have no chill.

The people were very nice and the food was really good. I don't typically eat Vegan, so this was a very pleasant surprise! Great pizza, and hoping to try the ice cream once the machine is fixed.

I can’t think of a single good reason why this place came so recommended to us. My friend and I drove 1.5 hours from massachusetts to try this spot, as we were craving some comfort food and a day trip. We had placed an online order at 10am for pickup at 1:30pm. Well, it wasn’t ready for at least another 20-30 minutes after we got there. By the time the food arrived, we were starving. We were so excited to try it, but the food was absolutely pitiful. I had ordered garlic knots and the meatball sandwich. The garlic knots were stale, tough, and hard to eat. They weren’t soft and pillowy as you would expect, and they tasted at least a day old. The meatball sandwich was pathetic. I was expecting a meatball sub, but instead, it was ONE MEATBALL in between a small piece of bread. The bread was soggy and the whole thing was inedible. Also, the prices were ridiculous. For $17, I’d expect a more substantial and tasty sandwich. And for $17, I’d at least expect more than one meatball. We are two vegans who eat clean, and only have “vegan junk food” for special occasions. The oil from this restaurant wrecked our stomachs for the rest of the day. And we didn’t even finish a single item that we ordered. We felt so queasy and had to “walk it off”. In addition to the slow service, the high prices, and the gross food, there was also zero ambience to this restaurant. It’s basically a “grab and go” place, which we did not know. Every surface is white and sterile (there’s only one picture on the wall). There’s also no bathroom. If you’re waiting for your food for 30 minutes, you shouldn’t have to go across the street to pee at mcdonald’s. It is not a very welcoming environment that you would want to dine at. I’ve been to dozens of vegan restaurants around the country, and I really cannot think of a worse vegan restaurant than this one. I’m not sure what people see in this place. We left this restaurant with our wallets emptied, our time wasted, and our stomachs nauseous. I wouldn’t bother going here.

Amazingly tasty and great selection. Going here is really a treat that you feel good about after eating. Their baked goods are always a pleasant surprise even when I tell myself I’m just getting a meal! I haven’t practiced a vegan diet since the early 2000’s but still find myself wanting to eat here again and again.

Really great place good deserts , good personnel , great environment , so clean you can seriously eat of the table! That is when a piece of your donut falls, the type of donut you can’t miss a single bite of no matter what, so you pick it up and be thankful you got the experience!
