&pizza - U Street

Ordered online for pickup, waited the 15 minutes they said it would take to complete the order, only to arrive and the store is closed and dark. No notification the location was closed but they processed and took my money for the order. Will never order again with them as you can’t be sure the store is even open.

Staff welcomes you at the door, loved making my own pizza, it a fast, fresh and organized. In and out and I love eating here whenever I come to DC is has now become tradition to get pizza while visiting!!

Very slow and only ok. Went here before the pandemic. Wouldn’t go back after the pandemic.

Really good place. Great pizza and not too expensive especially for how expensive food in DC usually is. The street outside of it is pretty crazy and hectic, but the inside is pretty nice. Great place overall.

Luis and team were excellent! I brought my family there (they were in from out of town) and Luis was really kind and accommodating! My fiancé has a dairy allergy and he made sure to use a separate cutter. He got us cups for water, and took great care while making our pizzas. Would recommend this location especially to folks with dietary restrictions!!

Every time I shop here for a pizza, it is burnt & hard crust.. smh

Google said the place was open until midnight, and when we ordered our pizza, we selected the dine-in option. However, security didn’t allow us to eat there and said, “The lobby is closed!” Also, the pizza wasn’t that good at all.

The garlic knots was awesome having my card compromised by the tap and pay not so much spent $7-$8 & my card was compromised $209 & some change not cool at all need a better more secure system I no longer tap and pay nooo way

This place sent a shitty looking pizza with barely cheese on it. Doesn't look fresh and is cold! You should make the pizza like you would had I stood at your store and had it made. This is trash and I want a refund! I ordered thru GrubHub.
