Super good vegan food with lots of options. The menu is a bit random (mozzarella balls next to primarily Asian-themed dishes) but I love all the options so it works well for me. Cute, cool (like, properly air conditioned) spot to eat inside or do takeaway. I’ve done both and have been happy with the service both times.

Hands down the best Vegan food in DC. Not to mention, the nicest staff, an incredibly clean and well air-conditioned environment. A large range from spicy to gentle-palate friendly. - the dessert chimi chimi eggrolls with the banana and vegan Nutella are DIVINE and worth the whole trip - the firecracker cauliflower is exceptionally tasty with great texture (order the cucumber lime dip if you like to curb your spicy!) - and the disco stick giant eggroll is both giant and yummy, with no spice for that crowd and sauces to add for those of us who love a hurt face ;)

The cucumber appetizer is awesome and the fried cauliflower is decent. Otherwise--and I am sad to say this b/c I WANT and will pay for vegan fast-casual--the food wasn't good. Menu and provisions seem chosen by a carnivore (veggie-hater?), because it's mostly fried meat substitutes with few simple vegetables. Lettuce is obviously bagged, pre-wilted. Scallions cut to the size of cigarette butts another sure sign of uninterest in vegetables. And the bowls are piled with such odd, lumpy combinations of incompatible sides (carrots in vinegar! frozen edamame! cut cherry tomatoes on Asian food!) that we couldn't tell them apart. True "millennial slop bowls." For all that, serving sizes are generous LOL.

Wish there was salt available to add to it, but the food was very flavorful once I brought it home and added salt! :)
