This place is so beyond irritating and inconsistent that it makes me so mad. I've wasted so much money on them. I really enjoyed the taco melts, but I did not enjoy the mislabeling of what I would receive. They say that you get guacamole and sauce with your taco melts, but every time I get the taco melts sometimes it's not guacamole and they just smash avocado in it. It's insulting to somebody who's had a lot of Mexican food to even call that guacamole. Every time I get the Taco melts they are incredibly inconsistent. They should have black beans in them. That is a source of protein for vegetarians but no, it's maybe two out of five times. It'll have the black beans in there but the worst part of all is the last time that I ordered it. The vegetables tasted rotten and it really upset me. Not only did the vegetables taste rotten in the taco melt, they forgot the sauce which they're always forgetting. The salad that they gave with the Taco melt is always different. Sometimes it has dressing. Sometimes it never has any dressing and it's just you're getting lettuce leaves. They should not be calling that a salad. It's a rip-off. I had my boyfriend order me the Mexican meal that they had and all it is is a pile of plain black beans and a pile of plain corn on top of rice with whatever protein. They don't put any sauce in there. There is no flavor and there is nothing Mexican about it. They should be labeling this as plain corn with plain beans and plain rice because there is nothing Mexican flavorful or savory or delicious about it. I feel like I could have just bought a can of beans and a can of corn and made this at home. It's a shame on them for selling it this expensive and this terrible like it's jail food. I wish I had pictures of the pathetic taco melt that I bought before. That had just a tiny bit of vegetables, no black beans and it was no substance for a vegetarian food meal. Shame on them for even selling vegetarian meals that have no substance in them and no flavor. Stop calling things Mexican if it's not going to actually taste good like Mexican food would taste good.

Very tasty place! It's rare to have a tasty and healthy meal! Everything here is fresh, tasty and very beautiful! Large selection of smoothies and breakfasts and original drinks! Avocado toast was amazing and tuna wrap too! Thank you!

Extremely Disappointed After Being a Loyal Supporter I’ve been a longtime supporter of this establishment and even brought several friends here over time, always calling it my favorite spot. Sadly, after my most recent visit, I can say with certainty that I won’t be returning—and I can’t in good conscience recommend it to anyone. From the moment we walked in, the experience was frustrating and borderline unsafe. The girl behind the register had earbuds in and didn’t even acknowledge us until I waved at her. She acted like we were an inconvenience, not guests. Scratching her head like her hands weren’t going to be used to make our food. Even after I slipped on water flooding water from the water jar in front of the counter on the floor—which I mentioned twice—she never cleaned it up or even responded. It was left there our entire visit. She never removed her earbuds during the entire interaction, which made communication nearly impossible. She repeatedly asked us to repeat ourselves, yet never acknowledged the obvious reason why she couldn’t hear us. Her energy was dismissive, rude, and unwelcoming. Ordering was another ordeal. My questions were met with eye-rolls and vague gestures at menus that didn’t provide answers. My guest was nearly ignored completely during his order. After paying, we waited 25 minutes for our food, with no updates or hospitality. Didn’t wash her hands no gloves- Half our items were served in to-go containers and half on regular dishes, which made no sense—and when I asked about it, I was met with attitude and slamming things on the counter. When I asked for silverware, none was provided until I had to get the manager myself. Later, when I asked for containers to take our food to go because my guest wasn’t feeling well, the staff member responded sarcastically, only brought one container, and then returned to sitting down with her earbuds in. When I said I still needed a container, she began speaking poorly about me to her manager—loudly, in front of other guests. Instead of correcting the situation, the manager came out, waved her hand in my face, and told me to “go on the website” if I wanted to file a complaint. No apology. No ownership. Just a rush to confirm we had paid, with zero interest in actually resolving what had happened. This was not just poor service—it was unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic cleanliness is shocking. What once felt like a place I loved has now become one I’ll never return to. Very disappointing, and I truly hope management takes these kinds of experiences seriously before more loyal customers walk away for good.

This place is a great calm relaxing place. Chess board for while you wait, beautiful Earthy art, good music. Fantastic Acai bowls and the fajita wrap is a must try. And the service is phenomenal. Ashlynn was great.

This place was delish! Would definitely recommend!

The team here is wonderful! Everyone is always so attentive. The food is absolutely delicious and SO fresh and full of flavor. I love this spot and will be back again soon!

All I can say is FREAKING WOW!!!! The Rabbit Hole had my taste buds craving for more!! DEFINITELY will return. The shrimp took me back to when I loved seafood, and the meatballs where EXCEPTIONAL!!! If you're looking for an elevated vegan spot, The Rabbit Hole is the where you need to be!! Just WOW!!!

Insanely good food, service is great and welcoming environment, the falafel wrap and chicken wrap are incredible, but there homemade hummus stole the show, will definitely be back!
