Never know when the craving for a biscuit will hit, luckily Flour + Time had me covered. The savory biscuit was so good, def opt to have it heated up. Good coffee too.

Flower + Time is a quiet, clean, and beautifully aesthetic vegan bakery filled with lush live plants and warm vibes. The sweet owner and assistant make you feel right at home, and the credible menu is full of fresh, delicious options. Be sure to get there early because the delicious food items like quiche and egg sandwiches sell out fast! Plenty of seating: bar, couches, chairs, 2-tops, and even outdoor tables. A true gem!

To say I’m underwhelmed is honestly an overstatement. I visited early on a Friday morning around 10am, expecting a full display of fresh pastries, but the case was completely bare. How does a bakery run out before the day even begins? 👀 I settled for a bakon, egg, and cheese croissant which was just mostly bread. 👀 To my surprise, none of the bread here is gluten-free, which feels out of touch in 2025. 🤯 The sandwich itself was mediocre at best: mostly bread, not much flavor, and somehow still cold in the center even after they “warmed” it. And the price? Over $10 for a single pastry, plus an extra dollar in tax. Honestly, that feels criminal for what you get. I’m highly disappointed. You can find better pastries and vegan optionsfor much less at Whole Foods or local Farmer's Market. Very overpriced bread. The staff were super sweet but the experience left much to be desired and not enough to make me want to recommend or return. I won’t be coming back.

Wow, the best vegan baked goods! The “egg and cheese” pastry was phenomenal. Flaky and delicious! Wish we lived closer, because we would be there daily!

Again, amazing bakery. Michael - Since you didn’t provide any sort of contact for me to reach out to, I’m not sure how we could even discuss. As someone who has Israeli-American family that just moved back, I can totally relate that human rights are of paramount importance. We can’t possibly understand from here in America what people go through and the hardships of daily life. But to insult my values and tell me I’m not welcome - because you didn’t like my review that I felt that it was unfortunate that the conflict was brought into the shop - is exactly the opposite of the unity / acceptance / respect that you are advocating for. The latest terror attacks against Jewish people on American soil could not be more appropriate (yet tragic) examples of why it might make people uncomfortable. I didn’t insult you, cross any line, or say anything beyond that it can make people feel uneasy / unsafe when going for a morning pastry. I haven’t been since I found this all out, so you won’t have to worry about me as a customer anymore regardless of your “decision”

Flour + Time Bakery has some of the best vegan pastries—especially the pain au chocolat, bear claw, and apple turnover. Everything was flaky, rich, and delicious! They also have some really tasty plant-based snacks. Super friendly staff and a cozy vibe. Can’t wait to go back!
