Healthfull Essence

This restaurant is small with a "down to earth" atmosphere. The whole menu is vegan and well prepared to satisfy the taste buds. I love their selection "sea moss" infused drinks. They offer the most decadent vegan cakes, including Blueberry Coconut and carrots cake. Most meals are topped off with a few pieces of plantains.

I recently placed an order through Uber Eats and was very disappointed with the overall quality of the food. Unfortunately, this was my first and likely my last time ordering from this restaurant. Please see my detailed feedback and attached photos below: Roti – I found a hair in the roti, which was extremely off-putting. This raised serious concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene practices. I ended up discarding the rest of the meal after spending $70. Coconut Blueberry Cake – While the flavor was decent, it was overwhelmingly sweet. I had expected a natural sweetener like date sugar, as I try to avoid refined sugars. Green Lemon Aid – This drink was far too sour and not enjoyable at all. Turmeric Lentil Soup – This was the highlight of the order. It was flavorful and well-prepared. Un-Fish Cake – Unfortunately, it was overly greasy and lacked the balance of vegetables I was expecting. Three-Item Veggie Plate – I selected mac & cheese, but received a handwritten note stating it's only available on Fridays and Saturdays. This should be clearly stated in the Uber Eats app. I also should have been contacted or refunded for the unavailable item. Patties – These were dry and lacked flavor. Needless to say, this experience was extremely disappointing and I will not be ordering again. I hope this feedback helps improve quality and communication for future customers.

This was one of the best experiences I have had at a vegan restaurant. The food was made to order and fresh. You must try the plant based jerk chicken. You will not be disappointed. The owners are friendly and very hands-on with cooking, so the food is made with great care and detail. The most delicious food and yes, 100% Vegan food I have ever had.

One of the best kept secrets in metro Atlanta. A hidden gem. I pre-order my juices by the gallon. The food is excellent. The moss is generally made fresh when you order it. Ms. Princess, Charles and the entire team, wonderful people. I travel from West Cobb to come enjoy the offerings.

Love going to this restaurant when I'm in the west end area. Love their lentil turmeric soup!! Absolutely handsome down fave soup. I drive 30-40 min to get this soup when I'm craving something warm or a healthy soup that'll be healing and delicious!!!

It took me longer than I'd like to admit to realize how much I love this restaurant! It is no frills, but IT IS THE BEST RESTAURANT IN THE COUNTRY - IF YOU WANT HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS! We order Large 4 veggie and it is enough for my partner and I to share. Everything is packed full of flavor and nutrition! The Lima beans are SOOO good! Rasta pasta is hard to find, so it's been a while, but the Mac and Cheez is the bomb!! They cook all of their food with fancy purified water and it shows in the color and flavor I really wish I could eat their food all day every day for the rest of my life. IT IS THAT GOOD!!

I felt so great after eating this food. It's very clean and whole food, with amazing flavor ! Huge shout out to the Blueberry Coconut Cake!! It's the perfect amount of sweetness. Staff was amazing and obviously proud of their food.
