RHW Retail & Vegan Cafe

Food is decent. My issue is they always forget things in my order whenever I order on DoorDash. It’s super annoying and makes me never want to spend my money here again. Do better.

Service was great! the food was delicious also grabbed some good trail mix from one of the vendors! so many great things will definitely be back🫶🏾

Visited here twice and tried a sandwich and a wrap. The food is phenomenal, so flavorful, filling and yet light. The service is great as well. Will definitely go back anytime I’m in Atlanta

calling ALL plant-based food lovers in ATL!! if you haven’t tried RHW yet, RUN don’t walk! this is truly a special and flavorful gem for us vegans!! i’ve been a doordash regular for this amazing cafe & deli for about 6 months, and recently have had the opportunity to come in store more often. lemme start by saying the service and vibe is AWESOME!! it’s filled with love, authenticity and peace in the space, and everyone is so welcoming and kind. The food is always consistently delicious and amazing! and they make 80% of their menu items from scratch?! everytime i get something it makes me feel like i’m having a freshly homecooked meal! 🤍 their drinks are also great, try the Blueberry Avocado smoothie and the Matcha Seamoss Lemonade! they also sell herbs and crystals, as well as other items which i found super cool! i had ordered an Island Glow Bowl and a Chickpea Tuna Melt to go and shared with my boyfriend and we both loved everything. i’m so grateful for this restaurant and pray for the owner’s continued success and growth 🙏🏾you guys are doing the damn thang!!!

This was my first visit to this spot, I wanted to like it but unfortunately they missed the mark. I will say the most pleasant part of this experience was the cashier, she was kind and patient. She really walked us through our questions and gave suggestions. The downside to our experience was the extremely long wait....We ordered 2 wraps and a sandwich and it took over an hour for us to receive our food. After about 40 mins I inquired on how much longer it would take and after the cashier inquired with the owner/chef she the shouted that she had "had a big order" and that our would food would be next. She was literally a one man band and clearly was overwhelmed. I didn't appreciate her nasty tone and attitude. Please hire more help. With all that being said the food was underwhelming and the portions did not match the price. I won't be back! Best of luck!

Reuben sandwhich was absolutely delicious. The warm welcome was even better. Will definitely return!

The ambiance was actually nice. It smelled so good when walked in. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. Then we ordered. It took over an hour to get our food. The chef/ owner was overwhelmed and frustrated. She ultimately had a bad attitude because we were disgruntled by the wait. They are under staffed on a Saturday make it make sense. The cashier did offer us free refills on our fresh pressed juices. The juice was the best thing. I had the jerked jackfruit sandwich no real jerk flavor severely overpriced $16 a sandwich my son got nori wrap it was huge but the ginger teriyaki sauce was not good. My daughter had a chickpea tuna melt with three chickpeas on it a whole can of chickpeas ain’t but 99 cents she had 25 cents worth of chickpeas on her sandwich. The sides were chips and guacamole not enough guacamole to chip ratio. Cheap chips. Will not be returning. They had two people behind the counter and one cook making everything one at a time. Too over it!!! Need to change the name to RLW ( real long wait)

I’m really disappointed in this business. I ordered on Uber Eats. The item was not available then they told the driver to have me cancel the order so that I could be charged. Instead of them cancelling it. This is very petty and desperate of a business to treat customers this way for a dollar. Finally they wouldn’t answer the phone with uber support to verify my claims.

The drinks and sandwiches here are wonderful! The service is very friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and it was nice to have free parking in the city!
