Huge portions and wonderful service and staff (owner was bright and friendly). Great place to come by after a workout if you want to load on diverse proteins and delicious, but also healthy food.

This is a lil gem of a food place in SS. Always great service and let's you also create your own bowl! And the food quantity is optimal and fulfilling! Prices are very reasonable for the current market! As a vegetarian, this has options of just veggie or tofu and veggies! All healthy options including broccoli and mushrooms! Please continue the food quality and options!

Food is always great and fresh. The atmosphere is perfect. Anytime i go in here the owner and the employees are always welcoming.

Delicious, Fulfilling, and Light – A Lunch That Turned into a Whole Vibe I came in for a quick lunch meeting and left feeling like I just experienced a mini wellness retreat. The food was delicious, the staff greeted everyone with genuine smiles, and the atmosphere was calm yet inviting—with healthy lifestyle tips lining the walls. I ordered the shrimp bowl loaded with yellow rice, cucumber mix, roasted veggies, chickpeas, and more—all for under $15! It was light enough to feel energized and fulfilling enough that I left with a happy belly and no leftovers. The hibiscus lemonade was the perfect fresh-tasting companion to my meal. While this restaurant only has two locations north of Atlanta (and I don’t live close to either), I’m already planning my return. My business partners had enough food to take home for dinner, while I enjoyed every last bite right there. What was supposed to be a productive lunch turned into a business social thanks to the good food and even better energy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for fresh, flavorful, and feel-good food that doesn’t break the bank. 📍Definitely worth the trip!

We saw a tiktok review and decided to come in. We caught the owner and he was so kind! He helped us understand the menu since this was our first time. My boyfriend and I built our own bowls. They allowed us to sample a few things before adding it to the bowl. Everything was delicious & made fresh. The portion is amazing for the price! I couldn’t even finish my bowl. 10/10. I will be coming back!
