AMAZING VEGAN FOOD!!! Need to get the lasagne everything else 10/10!!!

I was craving veggies and smoothies and found Mandala. Amazing raw vegan food and the BEST papaya smoothie I’ve ever had (mandala effect) which has their own homemade yogurt. Going to come back for their apple pie dessert which sold out! Thank you!!

The lasagna is cold and lightly sweet, which is unusual, but still good. Nothing special.

I don’t recall the names of the dishes but every one of them was amazing and they were very patient and accommodating .

You need to eat here. Full stop. Their menu is not only unique but it is astoundingly delicious. I have a good story about the place but Ill put food recommendations here: Lasanga, pasta + side salad, chocolate cake, chocolate brownie. It was my girlfriend’s birthday, and we were arriving at Mandala eight minutes prior to them closing. Bombing into the parking lot, we thought we might be turned away because it was so close, but we were wrong. When we approached the counter we were met with genuine hospitality, insightful menu suggestions, and also their cat Raja (or Petey if you prefer). They obliged our request to dine in as the end of their shift was fast approaching. They obliged, we ordered, and we could feel their passion for the food and for us hungry trail runners. The outdoor seating was covered from the passing raindrops. The music was fitting to the entire vibe. The seating is ample. The humble kitchen and its aesthetic provide a good backdrop while you wait for your meal. Just go already if you are reading this, Mandala and the folks who work there are going places. Mahalo 🧡

Absolutely amazing raw vegan food! The smoothie was a dream, the nachos were out of this world, and the kombucha was just incredible! Everything was a perfect 5 out of 5 stars! Highly recommend! 🍹✨

This is a gem! It’s a food truck with character. It serves absolutely delicious and filling vegan foods and drinks. Every dish is quite special in their own way. I’ve been vegan for years and cook vegan food often, yet here I find myself in wonder and surprise! The creative ways ingredients are prepared and combined truly blew my mind! Im very happy I found this hidden gem early on in my trip, because I’m definitely planning to return ;) Btw The bar serves breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a variety of smoothies ALL DAY until quite late. This is very unusual and convenient! The only thing I would add is that if you go there at sunset hours, be sure to prepare for mosquitoes.

In the photos, it looks like a restaurant where you’re going to sit at a table with cutlery and air conditioning and the price reflects that. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to what was advertised. Many of the items were not available. Also, considering what we received, the wait time was very long.”
