I had a great friend share these with me so cannot speak to the price but OMG best gluten free “baked” dessert I’ve had. I feel so good after eating it and it’s still sweet. Truly perfect. I think the best flavors are the date one and the banana bread cup. And it’s vegan, yay!

I am a regular at Ingrained so I can attest to the fact that their food is always delicious!! I love that it satisfies my sugar cravings while still allowing me to eat healthy and I can genuinely say that I don’t feel like I’m sacrificing taste in the slightest (again they are absolutely delicious). The owners Drew and Syd are so sweet and are always hard at work - it is a small business at its best! If the prices seem high to you, it is only because high quality ingredients cost more and their food is definitely worth it. Shamelessly spending all my money here❤️

Walked in excited to get some “treats” knowing that our daughter and my husband with celiac typically dont get to eat treats, and we more than welcome nonstandard gluten free options. Bonus that they are healthy. However, we were immediately greeted with “we call ourselves an adult treat store, we don’t usually cater to kids.” If you have kids with dietary restrictions or allergies, this should be a great option but it unfortunately it is not.

Ingrained is the BEST - they truly have the magic touch when it comes to making healthy and super tasty treats! As someone with a gluten allergy and who is avoidant of added sugars and seed oils due to medical issues, it can be hard to find healthy, protein-packed snacks that are actually delicious and meet my needs. I’m addicted! The owners are so kind and extremely intentional and knowledgeable about ingredients and what they put in their items. Their creations are damn good and we are lucky to have them in Chicago!

Quickly becoming one of my favorite little spots to stop at. While I'm not vegan I can definitely appreciate their quality ingredients. This last visit I explained to the owner I just wanted something sweet and easy to pop on my walk. I love their frozen bars but they're a little messy to eat. He actually gave me a pair of gloves. Like the complete weirdo I am I walked down the street wearing food safe gloves and shoving this delicious chocolate bar into my mouth. I say all that to say this... This is a business run by kind people who make amazing delicious treats. Support their business because they're a great addition to this River North community.

Although they blocked me on social media for asking to many questions I still order 3 to for times a month from here. I just have so many allergies n like asking about what I put in my body sorry! Nonna bar is for, slutty Brownie is goated .my go to I do miss the old sprinkles they had on the birthday balls because these new ones have a different texture but otherwise those are my favorites. The cakes are great but it's more of a meal
