Blueberry scone, lavender latte, and pistachio cardamom donut split between my husband and I. Delicious vegan treats. Lovely staff! Cute little place.

I was able to place a same day custom cake order, and they literally had it ready to go in a couple of hours. I never expected that type of turn around, it was amazing—I was just calling to see if they had any cakes ready to go and they whipped together a beautiful custom cake instead. This is one of the best moist cakes we have ordered, and we had to store it in the fridge. I can’t wait to order here again.

A true local gem in Bloomington. The samosas are really good, fun selection of cake-like vegan donuts, and friendly staff that offer plenty of free samples. Was given multiple freebies of their baked goods as well. The rainbow motifs are welcoming and bright, very family-friendly atmosphere.

Great donut. Hope they expand. They have regular, non-vegan milk options as well. Free Pac-Man in the corner is a nice touch. Enjoy this winning slo-mo shot of a half-dozen doughnuts!

The workers were lovely, and the banana chocolate chip gluten free muffin had to be the best I’ve ever had. It was so moist and flavorful— I will DEFINITELY be back!!!!!

We've tried Rainbow Bakery multiple times throughout the last 4-5 years. Sadly, their GF offerings are few and far between, and leave a lot to be desired. I would love to see the new owners really delve into the world of GF and VEG baking, but it seems it's the same old, same old. There's a young lady in Bloomington who makes the most wonderful GF pastries with innovative flavors and techniques. You can find her amazing treats at La Bodega. A strange place for such delights, but I recommend Rainbow find this pastry chef, and up their game. GF has come a long way, and I'm afraid Rainbow is missing the boat completely.

Great location, quaint shop, friendly staff always. Quite possibly my favorite donut in town, is there raspberry glazed donut.
