So I’ve eaten here over 50 times. Easy. Love the food but I guess don’t ask them to not put crab salad in a roll/ special requests. They don’t listen. My partner does not like their crab salad concoction. But every time without a doubt they put it in her roll. She introduced this place to me but we will not be coming back. Even had the owner call her back after she complained one time. This is ridiculous tho

This restaurant is one of the best in Lexington for sushi, and it’s a favorite of mine. However, the inconsistency in service ruins the good food almost every time we dine in. I dined there last night, and the server had an obvious attitude—she seemed bothered for some reason. When a customer complains about an order being messed up but decides to keep the food and eat it to avoid waiting longer for a fix, the server should not respond with, “Oh, so you just decided to tell me, OKAY,” with such a negative attitude. It truly bothers the forgiving customer and makes them feel as though their desires and concerns aren't valued. Sometimes, service and customer experience are far more important than a good bite.

Went with my sister and we were greeted and seated immediately, was approached by a server but needed more time to go over the menu, after 20 minutes the server never came back to our table so we just decided to leave.
