Carmen and Mrs Alicia are the absolute best… the White beans were the bomb 💣 (yes I went there!!) If you have not been to this spot, you should definitely prioritize the EARTHLY ELEPHANT!! The southwest white beans with mushroom and kale and the Earth bowl were wonderful… So good in fact, I came back a few days later to make sure I got the vegan gumbo ,several different types of mushrooms and other goodness, a savory ode to a Louisiana favorite. Beautiful space is full of life with lots of plants and a nice outdoor seating area. Open for the last eight months they’re gaining traction and you better get in here before the lines are out the door. Your place for fresh juices, great food, and all vegan options. Your health is truly your wealth so choose wisely and choose the Earthly Elephant for your next trip to Old Towne Slidell, La.

I had a wonderful experience my time there. The staff/owner was so kind and explained what they had on the menu, offered great suggestions that I enjoyed. No long wait time, easy parking, option to dine in or take out. The purple passion smoothie was delicious but that bowl I had with quinoa, curry squash and sweet potatoes with pickled red cabbage was on point. I couldn't put the bowl down after starting. Definitely on the way back this morning as we speak. Great vegan find in Slidell, LA. And being #BlackOwned is a plus for me✊🏾💪🏾
