Came to pick up a door dash, took me literally 45 minutes to get the order. I finally get the food and I deliver it to the customer.. about 15 minutes later I get a message saying that the person had the wrong order 😭

I would like to say this is the best noodles ive ever tried! The place is in a great spot. The windows make it fun to watch the outdoors. The place has a good menu. Let me do say that the wait.. was longer than expected! We waited for about 40 minutes. Let me say the wait was so totally worth it! They did give us a free app because of the wait. I was not disappointed. All the food is great. The boba looks amazing. 10/10 recommend and will come back in the future.

This place used to be amazing. They have since added a bar (very cool but lacking a solid theme), and made the noodle bar a sit-down type restaurant; rather than ordering at the counter and bringing it to a table to enjoy. I have been twice since this change and it has been downright horrible. The waitresses can’t even remember to bring a cup of water. They chat behind the counter, ignore the customers, and are condescending. The food takes an hour at minimum to come out (both times). My noodles were a giant mass at the bottom of my bowl, the scallion pancake was overcooked heavily, and the tapioca pearls in my boba were chewy/hard. They will never have my service again…never had any issues when the workers just took your order.

The most delicious ramen ever! It is pricey but I expect that will improve with the economy.

Rude front counter gurl. Specifically asked for my order to be for in and she packed up my hot food in plastic.

Biggest joke of a restaurant … Only saving grace was the food. You can tell there is zero communication between front of house and back of house. We waited over an hour for two entrees… very simple ones at that. We go to ask about our food and we’re met with “we’ll check on it” and the “waitress” came back to tell us “I just moved your ticket to the front”. EXCUSE ME??? Our ticket should already be there and be done… The worst part? The fact that the servers/hosts would seat new guests while actively ignoring previous guests. No refill checks, no check ins .. nothing. I’ve worked food and beverage over 1/2 my life, I can typically give staff and establishments the benefit of the doubt. Not here.
