Nalley Fresh - Towson

I enjoy the friendly service at Nalley Fresh, their salads are delicious. The music is way too loud and not very good anyway, could you please consider turning the music DOWN!! We can hear that all over the building!

I have been going here for almost two years. Loved the two guys working behind the counter. Always got a great salad that made me full all afternoon. Today I went, there was this new guy, total handsome man who is probably really cool and nice. He insisted me on making my salad and gave me DOUBLE the amount of ingredients I usually get. When I thanked him he humbly told me no worries and this is the way things are done over there. I said you’ve gained my business for life and left (I returned later that evening for dinner). What a beast.

Today I went, there was a new guy, totally cocky jerk who is probably an owner or manager. He insisted on making my salad and gave me half the amount of ingredients I usually get. When I complained he snottily told me too bad that is the rising cost and this is the new way things will be done. I said you've lost my business and left for good. What a tool.

Stole my credit card info and used $1000 of my money this was the last transaction I did. Wow

I used to love stopping at this place when I could but the prices have continued to go up and the staff barely put any toppings on the bowls ( I always get the sweet potato bowl). I hate having to beg for more than a 1/4 tsp of onions etc. The last straw was the salad dressing. Love the green goddess but the last time it looked like 75% water and had no taste. I haven't had this at the other NF. I expect a bit more when paying over $13 for a sweet potato, a bit of lettuce, and barely a sprinkle of toppings. I'll go to the other NF where they give more for the price and don't water down the dressings.... And are very friendly!!!

First off, there is ZERO atmosphere. The place looks more like a grad school research laboratory than a restaurant. Second, the staff was unfriendly and rude. I come in saying “hello, please, and thank you,” but still get attitude off the bat. I’m sorry you hate your job, but I’m just trying to get a salad before I have to go back to my job, and I’d love it if I could have lunch without adding extra stress to my day. But most importantly, the salad was extremely average, and half the greens were so wilted they were balled up in a gross mass that I threw out. Only reason the food gets two stars instead of one is because I didn’t get food poisoning.

Good service fresh healthy food I love their salmon Caesar wrap must try !!!! My friend had the bayou bowl very delicious definitely my new favorite spot!!!

I love this location the guys are so helpful the food is always fresh and good . Great music selections as well

They only take cash, did not have any shrimp, and the salmon was not fresh. In addition they do NOT allow you to enter your phone number to allow your purchase to count towards getting a free item after 10 purchases! I’ll NEVER go to this location again…
