Loved it!!!

Got a delicious Philly cheese steak and fries and can’t wait to come back to try something else.so Order was a bit slow to come out, close to 30 min, so call ahead if you’re in a rush. Overall, this is a great plant based spot that doesn’t compromise on flavor and is worth a try regardless of whether you are vegan or not.

I've never had an oyster mushroom burger. I couldn't tell if it was meat or not. It was so good, the fries and the drink was amazing. The jazz in the background set the mood and great people. I was honored to eat there.

A Hidden Gem Worth the Drive! We had superb soul food at Flame on Vegan, and what a find! It’s the kind of place that makes you want to drive all the way to Springfield just for dinner. I had the best vegan mac and cheese I’ve ever tasted—rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned. The beans were fantastic, and even the garnish on the plate was bursting with flavor. Everything was grilled to perfection, and for the first time in my life, I felt compelled to shake the chef’s hand. The fried “chicken” drumsticks, made with fluffy seitan, were a standout. I’ve tried many versions of seitan before, but never one this soft and this close to the texture of the real thing. It wasn’t just the textures, though—every bite was so flavorful, clearly created with intention and care. I truly hope they’ll open a location near Boston someday. Flame on deserves to become a long-standing institution—one we’ll proudly take our grandkids to decades from now.

This was me and my husbands first time ever trying vegan food, I just want to say this was PHENOMENAL!! So before I get into the food imma explain the overall experience. When we walked in we were greeted beautifully they answered all our questions requested whatever sounded amazing to us and got to business. The chef knew what he was doing!! The food was cooked to perfection we recommend the beans for everything they’re fantastic, everything you see in our photo was immaculate thank you for the amazing service and we’ll be back!! GET YALL BEHINDS THERE AND SHOW SOME LOVE!!

Not hard to find, very clean on the outside and inside. R&b, and hip hop playing at all times. Every customer including me and my friend were greeted and informed of the daily specials, and daily menu that changes depending on the day of the week. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries, my friend ordered fish and chips and they both came out relatively quick. Both meals weren't the cheapest but they were both delicious. The chicken was made of oyster mushrooms that were very tender, and the batter on them was super crunchy and well seasoned. The fish was heart of palm, and my friend said they were great as well. I ordered a chicken sandwich for my girlfriend and it also looked great. I plan on coming back here for sure. Love to see a Springfield vegan spot that also serves soul food.
