The food was delicious, fresh, different but very tasty! I had the kale scrambled eggs and potato hash and it was a party in my mouth!!! Highly recommend. Cool to see Katie cooking the meal in front of us too! Came all the way from Ireland and wish I could find food of this quality more often in America. Hattiesburg is lucky to have this! ❤️

Saw cafe being featured on Great Day Louisiana. Not many healthy restaurants around typically, so it's refreshing to see one here and with a vibrant and passionate owner/chef. And if I were around in Hattiesburg, this place would be at the top of the list for places to eat. Food looked sensational with incredible nutritional value and benefits. And that nugget of information about acai having a slight chocolate taste was new to me. Very impressed!

Eclectic bistro with fabulous food. Hidden gem in an even more hidden location

It’s so hard to find healthy food theses days, but this place is AMAZING. Plus, not only is it healthy, it taste AMAZING!!! I traveled the world for years, literally, and have eaten in some spectacular cafes, with the best being in Singapore, Paris, and Malta, but now I have to rate Hattiesburg right up there with them! If you haven’t tried it, you are missing out. It’s kinda like a girly boutique, so as a guy you might get weirded out, but be patient. When the food arrives you will forget you are in a Barbie dream house! Guys, bring your wives and if she has yet to experience it, you will look like a genius.

The food was delicious! The pumpkin and chocolate muffin was moist, flavorful, and the perfect level of sweet.

I really wanted to give this a chance . I believe in supporting our locals. I got meal prep and I won't even began to tell you the outrageous price I paid , the food was tasteless , poor quality . I went back and expressed I was giving another chance . No apology , and food was still lacking . I truly think she has made the business off being on the Gordon Ramsey show ,and it went to her head , now it seems the business isn't growing quality and menu change.

Katie, my niece, who is a student at USM recommended that my cousin Corey and I visit your restaurant today. I live in Atlanta. He lives in Dallas. We were BLOWN AWAY by the flavor, presentation, taste, and of course your awesome Southern hospitality. Both of us had The Dillon. I got mine extra spicy. I drank the Golden Eagle and he had The Sweet as Sunday Morning. So healthy and nutritious I have a new place to eat when I come home to Mississippi from Atlanta. Thank you.!!

Bird House is such a hidden gem! Great food and atmosphere. Katie and Hayley always make me feel special and at home. If you are looking for delicious and healthy food options, Bird House is your place!
