Very bad customer service lady in a kurta seems owner was very rude food was also not good at all

We catered from Bombay Food Junkies and it was excellent! The food was incredibly tasty and the packaging for all the chaat was done so well that it didn't taste any different than how I would imagine it would be in the restaurant. All of my friends really enjoyed the food as well. Krupa was very easy to work with and had good recommendations for the amount to order based on the number in my party. I would highly recommend catering from here!

Very Bad Service. They took almost 30min for getting one item. Very bad service. Everything was late and only one worker working and she was never on the desk. Very bad experience.

It’s not like before any more don’t try food here before it is good but now management and people who work is also not ready to communicate just single line answers and weird in taste panipuri is worst ever

We tried their Kachori Chaat and veggie burger and both were delicious! Couldn’t believe that the chaat was vegan, so flavorful. We will be back!

Absolutely phenomenal meal! My husband and I stopped in and were blown away. We had the butter chick’n bowl, garlic naan, fried rice, and the lion’s mane rangoons—all bursting with flavor. We topped it off with the blueberry pie shake, which was out of this world. Every bite was delicious, and we can’t recommend this place enough!

Today I came into Bombay Junkies to order 2 meals and 2 milkshakes, the atmosphere was not very busy at all. I became frustrated due to having to wait an hour just to get our 2 meals. They served us our milkshakes within 30 minutes of ordering. Still 2 milkshakes for a to go order in my opinion is way too long to wait. Only after telling the staff I needed to leave as I was no longer able to wait and I had asked for our money back on the meals, the staff said our food would be ready in a few minutes. I even went over to the kitchen door to look through the window and there are only 3 staff caring for this restaurant. They are obviously understaffed but she would not refund my money. She did call the owner which I explained over the phone I was no longer interested in the food I just wanted my money back. Again they kept beating around the bush. I never did get my money back but I will say I will never be going to this restaurant again. Any other restaurant here in Stl would have refunded my money and gave me the food. They have horrible customer service and are only worried about getting your money not providing good service! If you want to wait an hour for 2 meals to go this is the place for you!

Best Vegan Spot in the St.louis area we have found....we drive 1 1/2 hrs to eat here...all food is Vegan and they are also environmentally friendly. Great people as well. The Buffalo Chick'in Sandwich I would put it up against Buffalo Wild Wings any day and most no one could tell the difference. Amazing food...don't get me started on the Halak noodles they are just an amazing dish!
