Entire menu is vegan with the option to add dairy products to some dishes if you so desire. Menu is limited and kitchen inflexible, presentation of food is well below the standard I would expect at this price point. Easy to gain weight as a vegan with this type of diet. Limited fresh/whole food/less processed vegan options.

Every time I come in town its a must I eat here. Its always SO amazing and this time disappoint. I was there very early as to not have to wait at all. It was a slower starting day ( a Monday ). So i had the place to myself 🤗. Theres a QR code on the table to order. Easy peasy. Good variety of menu items. Im a member of the Clean Plate Club always when it comes to the Tree House. They know their vegan stuff 💚 Go!

Excellent from start to finish. Had something for the foodies and the non veggies and the kids. Loved the seitan duck! Extensive cocktail, mocktail, and tea menu. Staff and atmosphere top notch as well.

Vegan/vegetarian spot. Food was fine, not outstanding but solid. You get the option of vegan or vegetarian which is a plus. Expensive. If you're veggie I would say check it out. Apparently you need reservations(??) even though it's casual dining. Service was very good.

My server was incredibly attentive and kind. Food was overpriced and bland. Another vegan restaurant that gets by on just being vegan, not actually being any good.

We were in St Louis for a wedding Mother’s Day weekend and this was a perfect spot for brunch before our flight out! Cool atmosphere and friendly service, and EXCELLENT food for both vegans and non vegans alike! Thanks!

The food tasted great. The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was very nice. My friend really liked her fancy cocktail. The problem was a major cleanliness issue. We were seated by the kitchen, and after we finished eating, I started looking around and watching what was happening in the kitchen. One of the cooks was reapeatedly scratching his beard and PICKING HIS NOSE while cooking, and not washing his hands. He snorted and coughed into his sleave, so I think he was sick or had allergies. I did say something to one of the managers, who pulled him aside, and I assume spoke to him about it.

Such a great option for vegetarian and vegans in St. Louis! We were in town visiting family and came for lunch. Super happy with the variety of options on the menu and the service was good. Several in our family were not vegetarian and also really enjoyed it.
