The food is definitely delicious. We ordered a pizza bagel panini, there was so much gooey cheese. And the Shakshuka (egg with tomato dish) was so flavorful. We ordered in Uber eats so I cant speak for what it’s actually like in the restaurant, but it came pretty quickly.

This morning we went to checkout the local kosher cafe here in Las Vegas called Cafe Express. It was a twenty min Uber ride from the strip so not so bad. When we got there I was pleasantly surprised. Café Express is very health oriented and they make everything from scratch, using only the finest ingredients. You’ll enjoy top-notch coffee, teas, smoothies, baked goods, salads, Buddha bowls, paninis, sandwiches, and tacos. The place smelled amazing and was very welcoming. They even had an area for outdoor seating. Since it was 10 am we went with a simple breakfast. I had the Egg Benedict which consisted of two perfectly poached eggs nestled on a fluffy English muffin, with arugula, fresh tomato and a velvety hollandaise sauce. They had four types to choose from. I chose the smoked salmon, capers and micro rainbow. It was delicious. Perfectly balanced, healthy and amazingly delicious. My wife went with the Breakfast Bagel, which consisting of a Jerusalem bagel stuffed with cream cheese, a fluffy omelette, sliced avocado, tomato, lettuce and cilantro aioli sauce. It was really good. We then each ordered a drink to wash it down. I went with the Caramel Macchiato and my wife had the Strawberry Milkshake. Both were top notch and very refreshing. We really enjoyed the laid back ambiance and friendly staff. Before we left I HAD to try some of their amazing fresh pastries. I took some chocolate rugalech. They were as good as they looked. Next time you find yourself in Las Vegas definitely check them out.

When Israeli Middle Eastern food meets Mediterranean style foods that is the definition of Cafe Express, I wish they should open up a branch either in Brooklyn or the Lakewood area, the food is five star delicious Beyond delicious, the drive is definitely worth it from the strip until the Summerlin area where they are located

Cafe Express has become one of my favorite go-to spots—especially for interviews and business meetings. The atmosphere is welcoming, professional, and just the right level of laid-back to keep conversations flowing naturally. One of the things I appreciate most is the great outdoor seating—it’s spacious, comfortable, and perfect for those days when you want to enjoy some fresh air while still getting work done or connecting with someone. The staff is always friendly and attentive, the service is fast, and the food and drinks are consistently fresh and delicious. Whether I’m meeting with a potential hire, networking, or just catching up on work between appointments, Cafe Express offers a reliable, comfortable, and polished environment. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and functional space—especially if you value having a solid outdoor seating option.
