Yanin always greets you with a warm smile and makes you feel welcomed and home, while you dine and enjoy your cocktails

I had an amazing experience at Arre Sinalo! The atmosphere is cozy and vibrant, perfect for a casual dinner or a fun night out with friends. The food is absolutely delicious — everything tasted fresh and full of authentic Sinaloan flavors. The tacos were perfectly seasoned, the seafood dishes were outstanding, and the salsas packed just the right amount of heat. Tuve una experiencia increíble en Arre Sinalo. El ambiente es acogedor y lleno de vida, perfecto para una cena casual o una salida divertida con amigos. La comida es deliciosa — todo sabía fresco y con auténticos sabores sinaloenses. Los tacos estaban perfectamente sazonados, los mariscos espectaculares, y las salsas con el toque justo de picante.

The ceviches were AMAZING !!! Staff and owners were super attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend 😁

Muy bueno y delicioso

I visited this place yesterday with some friends. Overall, the food was delicious and clean. Everyone was impressed by the chef’s well-executed Mexican dishes. There were, however, a few things that could be improved. We ordered several dishes, and even though our table had no space left, the server still asked us to take the new plates. It would have been better if they had cleared some of the empty dishes before bringing out more food. Also, there was a discrepancy between the prices listed on the wine list and the prices printed on the final bill. This is something that definitely needs to be addressed. I understand the additional 4% credit card fee, but it would be better to note this clearly on the receipt. Simply stating that the prices are different for cash and card payments does not provide enough clarity to customers. Overall, the beautiful interior and excellent food left a strong impression. If the points I mentioned above are improved, I believe this place will become an even better dining destination.

They add 4% surcharge if you pay by card. An item on the menu listed at 10 is charged as 10.40 unless you pay cash. The food is good but way too expensive for what it is and where it's located.

Take out three kinds of taco. All taste mediocre and nothing special.

Went to Arre Sinaloa for the first time. Hands down the best dining experience I have had in a long time. This is a very cozy, comfortable restaurant run by people with passion for delivering a great experience. The food itself was colorful, creative, and incredibly flavorful. We are so excited to go back soon and often.

I recently visited Arre Sinaloa and unfortunately had a disappointing experience overall. Regarding the food itself, I'd give it about a 3.5 out of 5. The aguachile was decent but lacked the complexity and depth of flavor I've experienced in Mexico. The guacamole was solid, and the pork dish was satisfactory but not particularly memorable. My primary issue, however, revolves around their questionable service practices. After waiting approximately 10 minutes without receiving drinks or food, I requested water for our table. Without any clarification or explanation, the server brought out a bottle of Voss water. Given that in nearly every dining experience I've had—especially in Manhattan—servers always explicitly ask if guests prefer bottled or complimentary tap water, I naturally assumed this was standard complimentary water provided by the restaurant. To my surprise, upon receiving our bill, I noticed a $10 charge for the bottled water. When I politely questioned this unexpected charge, the staff insisted that because we had accepted the bottle, we were obligated to pay for it. I explained clearly that we were not given a choice or informed that this was an additional charge. Rather than doing the right thing and removing the $10 charge from our bill—especially considering our total was already $145—the restaurant chose instead to argue their position and defend the practice. While I understand that the server’s English was somewhat limited (and that's common in Union City), there's still no excuse for not clearly distinguishing complimentary water from a $10 bottle placed on the table. This approach was genuinely surprising and unprofessional, differing significantly from the attentive and transparent service I've consistently received at restaurants throughout Manhattan. Mistakes or misunderstandings can happen, but how a restaurant handles these situations speaks volumes. Unfortunately, in this case, Arre Sinaloa prioritized charging me $10 over ensuring customer satisfaction and goodwill. Due to this, I cannot recommend dining here.
