I’ve just came back to this restaurant after it being some years and I remember it being much better but it was still ok.

im finally getting a chance to write a review for my experience that occurred a few months ago. i am a vegetarian of 8 years, and i loved all of the veggie-friendly menu options. my dad and i decided to stop by for a quick dinner before a sabres game. i ordered a pizza with veggie chicken on it. after a bit of a wait, my pizza came out. after the first bite, i immediately knew something was wrong. i inspected the "veggie" chicken and realized i was served real chicken. i even had my dad try a piece to make sure, and he agreed that it tasted real. i tried to call the waitress over, but couldn't get her attention for ~10mins. when i brought the issue to her attention, she assured me it was the veggie chicken, and i asked her if she could confirm it with the kitchen. she brought it to the back, and we didn't see her for another ~10mins, when she confirms that it was in fact real chicken!! i was offered another pizza to be made, and waited again, ~10mins. by this point, my dad had already finished his food, and we were going to be late to the sabres game. my new pizza comes out, with the actual veggie chicken this time, and our somewhat-apologetic waitress comes back to offer a $5 discount on the check. we didn't have time to argue, or negotiate for at LEAST a free pizza, since they not only messed up the order, but seriously delayed my meal. looking back, this experience was deeply disappointing. i know it can be hard to accommodate different diets, but had this been an allergen, this could've severely harmed someone. i hate to be a complainer, but i wanted to share my experience so hopefully it doesn't happen to others. pizza plant, if you see this, i would still appreciate a full refund lol.

If you want a pizza with bagged manufactured sausage with no taste that charges you double for it…this is your place. The pizza is below average. I would come for some of the drinks and leave for the pizza. Any other place in the city has to have better pizza. Don’t waste your money until they get better ingredients.

On Saturday March 8th around 4:30pm this Pizza Plant was super busy but super under staffed again we walked out because we could not get service before the Bandits game we came 2 hours in advance to beat the rush 30 other people walked out with us And this was the second time we walked out the 1st time we ordered Pizza Pods but they hadn't been cooked or served that was January at 6:15pm. You need to hire staff that shows up your service Reputation has gone down.

Couldn't tell ya how the food is because they closed before 6:30.... Save yourself the walk and hit up Pearl Street or something if you want a pizza. What kinda pizza place closed at dinner time? 🤡

My family and I got to Pizza Plant around 515 to enjoy dinner before going to the Harlem Globetrotters. At 6:30 we left without eating as we had not gotten our food and event started at 7. We had ordered pizza and a hot dog. I understand understaffing however I would suggest if you do not have enough staff to provide good service and food in a timely manner you inform guests prior to seating them. Very disappointing experience.

The Server was very sweet but the food.. The gluten-free pizza was Horrible. I couldn’t even finish 1 slice, also Cost me $30! Was not worth it. I didnt want to make a fuss about it since I had my son with me,so I just sucked it up didn’t say anything. The normal pizza was fine just pizza nothing special.

We stood at the door for 10 minutes before asking a waitress if we were to seat ourselves. (They weren’t busy, it was 4:45pm on a weekday$ She was able to get the hostess to come up. The hostess didn’t greet us at all. She said zero words to us, threw the menus on the table and walked away. Awful. Our waitress was great, but I have a gluten allergy and got sick from the supposed “gluten free chicken fingers”. Would not go again.

On Sunday, we went as a family. I have two young kids, and the service and food were excellent! Amanda was attentive but not overbearing. Thanks for the great experience!
