Saravanaa Bhavan

Ac not working at 90 degree temperature!! Out of all the items I tried to order( rava dosas lassi aloo parantha) and forgot to bring the dessert out but kept it on the bill. Overall a very horrible experience.

The restaurant was crammed.. but great customer service.. i ordered mix veg parotta (which was supposed to be like koththu parotta as per their words but unfortunately tasted alot like parotta tossed in channa masala, which I didn't expect.. it was good had vegetables, channa and all, but not what I was expecting.. rest were good..

Last week dined at Saravanaa Bhavan and had an excellent experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Sarath. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout my visit. Sarath took the time to patiently explain the menu, help me choose the right dishes, and most importantly, he clearly informed me about food allergy-related ingredients, which made me feel comfortable and safe. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly enhanced my dining experience. I highly recommend Saravanaa Bhavan and appreciate the exceptional service provided by Sarath.

I had great dosas and my fiancé had south indian thali and it is very good felt like home food i highly recommend and their service is good

I went to this place yesterday at 9:30pm with family and a small kid. The lady stopped us on the main door asking if we can order in 10 minutes as they were closing even though it showed 10pm as closing online. We agreed and said that’s fine it shouldn’t take us a lot of time to order, she again pushed back by saying we only have dosas to which all of us still agreed since it was getting late. Once we got a table we asked for rava dosa she said they are out of rava, we asked for podi dosa she said there is no podi and was clearly annoyed and angry. I was also not happy with her behavior and asked everyone if we should leave but everyone was so tired and it was hard to find another place close by with a small baby. Next thing, we order medhu vada and few dosa varieties with medu vada coming in first it was all over fried and bitter. The dosas were decent. Everybody was hurrying up to finish as we could see the staff was clearly annoyed and angry and waiting to kick the customers out. If this was not enough, the server came mid meal and asked if we can pay now. I was stunned at that point, Saravanna Bhavan is known for clean hygienic food and good hospitality back in India and this was ridiculous and not acceptable at all. I hope they learn people spend their hard earned money for this food and the least they expect is better food and a tad bit of respect.

Yesterday I ordered aloo paratha but they gave me a masala dosa's potato filling inside a naan and we are still eating and they gave us the bill in the middle of it! On top of that, they turned off the AC and cooler. They didn't even wait for us to leave 😔

Very delicious south indian thali and masala dosa.

Horrible chain of Dosa and probably the worst operated out of the lot. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ROTTEN FOOD.
