HMF had their family picnic yesterday and we had delicious sandwiches donated from Rocks and root. The sandwiches were gone right away. It’s so important to support local and I will be buying sandwiches for my family from here on you should too!

Rock n Roots puts every large corporation to shame with its sustainability(compostable containers, bamboo utensils). While serving up great food. Vegan is the future. The jackfruit quesadillas I've had 2x and they are good! Also if you are lucky to catch the breakfast quesadilla special do try those. Their desserts are also good!

Stopped in to try them while traveling and absolutely loved every bite! I had the Hearty Pesto panini and their lobster salad on the side. Menu had a ton of unique all-vegan items. Friendly owners, too. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
