Prima Elements Wellness Center

This is my review for the colonics, but first, honorable mention to Prima!!! They are a gem within the community! They offer a variety of holistic services & goods and continue to grow and evolve! I have completed four colonic sessions since the roll out! In addition to the colonics, I also purchased and completed the 10-day gut and parasite detox kit! It's not required, but I do recommend it! Both are effective, and the instructions for completing the colonic and detox are straightforward. Even if you have questions, Audriaunna is there to support you! After my first colonic, I felt gassy/cramping, but that feeling subsided in a few hours. The following sessions I didn't have that problem. I felt lighter afterwards & my stomach was visibly smaller. During the gut detox and colonics, I was able to see a parasite in the flush chamber! So yes! Both are very effective! Remember disease starts in the gut!

Acai Bowls taste so good ! Smoothies are supergood and the especially that special of the day !! you got squash soup, spanish beans and rice, curry with rice, nachos, cornbread ..ALL VEGAN! They even have cooking classes to teach you how to make these foods that not only taste good but is good for the body. Atmosphere is always good and welcoming. It can get busy or can be very quiet. It is kid friendly, family friendly, couple friendly. Please come on a good day or a bad one, Prima is a place to be at all times. Hope this helps 😉

Absolutely delicious and nutritious vegetable smoothies!

I've found this place a couple years ago and the food,juices and services (yoga, sound bowel , foot detox to name few things) are Phenomenal. Along wellness and health options

My wife and I finally made time to go visit Prima Elements Holistic Wellness Center yesterday and let me tell you that it was soooooo worth it!!!! I had the honor of meeting Audriaunna and Adrian during our visit. First, let me say that the level of knowledge that both parties displayed and disseminated was absolutely astounding. During the time that we were there, we learned an incredible amount of knowledge about our bodies and the proper way to go about starting your health journey. I would be remiss if I didn’t leave a comment about the Spanish beans and rice that Adrian let us sample. All I am going to say is that if you think you’re missing out because there’s no meat in your dish take some time and go visit Prima Elements!!! The flavor profile in this dish was absolutely OFF THE CHAINS!!! We are so excited about going back and grabbing our Alkaline water next week. It’s really nice to have an outlet that we can go to opposed to driving to Raleigh or Charlotte to get this sort of experience. We give prima elements a 15 out of 10!!!!! Definitely take some time to go visit them. You will not regret it.

One of Fayetteville 's best kept secrets. This place is exactly what I was looking for. Plant based lunches are amazing. The fresh juices juiced right before your eyes are great. Let's not forget the Acai Bowls. In addition to all of that they are so gifted and knowledgeable about the herbs, minerals, supplements and juices to enhance your health. Amazing Place!!!

Prima is a wonderful place to have your WHOLE person experience healing and growth. The staff at Prima are knowledgeable and experts in their respected fields, they continue to delve deeper into the world of holistic medicine and lifestyle to be able to share this knowledge with the community. Just know when you go Prima Elements isn't just one thing it has many many aspects to make us strong in Body, Spirit and Mind.
