Who ever came up with the pimento cheese and jelly sandwich is amazing...I was convinced that was a no for me. Was pleasantly surprised, loved it. Which ever creative chef back there is a keeper. Everything I've had yet has been more than enough to keep me happy back for more...soups, subs. Absolutely worth trying, the lunch cook is the best thing about this place

Great atmosphere with an eclectic customer base! The vibe is relaxed and fun. The food is great with some unique items for the Hickory area. The beer and wine list is large, so you'll find many choices to your liking.

Worst service, unhelpful. Went in for lunch. We were ignored. One server literally spoke to the person behind me instead. Maybe it was my Pride t-Shirt. People came in after us and their order was taken first.

Was halfway through my first beer, there by myself for lunch sitting at the bar. I was quietly minding my own business looking at my phone. Next thing I know I'm getting snapped at by a meathead working the bar because he wanted to give my menu to someone else and my glasses were sitting on it. I went in there to relax not get snapped at by a jerk with a complex too lazy to get another menu.

Given this place multiple tries. Just terrible service. The food is okay. Not bad, just okay

We stopped in for lunch on our way thru Hickory and were not disappointed. The service, food and atmosphere were just the vibe we hoped for. Not too crowded, clean, great healthy options on the menu… there was a pleasant feeling in there too, like a cool local hang out. We’ll make it back for sure!

I am thoroughly impressed, and that almost never happens to me when it comes to food. I ordered the Creole bean burger before going to work today. As a vegan, it's sometimes difficult to find food and food that's actually tasty without all of the highly processed ingredients... in my opinion. I ordered it without tomato, sauce, and cheese. It was so good I immediately ordered another before I finished the first one. The burger was yum, not too salty, either. Huge bonus! I will absolutely be back soon for another.

Hidden gem… great sandwiches and soups, best draft selection in town.
