The new spot is trendy. I've eaten a couple of their entrees, all are good. I wanted to review the best appetizer on the menu. Fried mushrooms. Chef kiss. The Fiction Kitchen has the best fried mushroom appetizer. They come with your choice of sweet chili sauce, old bay aioli or ranch. Fried perfectly. I just wish they gave more on one order. Go get you some!

I don’t have any dietary restrictions but WOW the food and drinks were awesome!!!!!!! The cocktails were so tasty and innovative and the risotto was FANTASTIC- some of the best in Raleigh !!!

Love the new location and its good vibes. They always deliver on delicious vegetarian and vegan comfort food, and the service is really friendly. I prefer the booth area in the back by the kitchen, where it is a little quieter. Cannot wait to go again soon. So tasty!

Absolutely love Fiction Kitchen and was so excited to try out their new location! The atmosphere and ambiance were lovely and I'm so glad they now have more room to seat people. The food as always was perfect. We love the chicken and waffles and always go back to them! Also wanted to make a special shout out to our server Luis who was absolutely delightful! Made our night. We'll be back!

I contacted this place the week leading up to Father's Day. I live in Boston and wanted to 'be present', so I thought I would order lunch for my family in Wake Forest. I called more than 72 hours and tried to be patient as I awaited their response. Father's Day has come and gone and I never received a response. That is the 1st and last impression as I order a lot of takeout for my family (in place of my absence) and will never reach out to Fiction Kitchen again.
