Food was delicious. First time, and definitely not my last. I had the special of blackened catfish over grits, and all smothered with a shrimp sauce.

We stopped in on Friday night and enjoyed our experience, as always. I have yet to get something that I didn't like here and my wife loves the vegan options available. The staff is always kind and the owner was very friendly. This is still one of our favorite places to go.

Service was great but food was bland. My partner got the etouffee which we both tasted and just seemed off. He didn't get more than a few bites in and just focused on the popcorn shrimp which was good. I got the catfish the fish itself was great but just wasn't seasoned very well. Hushpuppies were fine but again just bland. Was expecting more but underwhelmed.

Ate outside at 7pm. Nice awnings, but summer sun was still bright. Welcomes dogs. Food was great. Hush puppies were like little donut holes. Tried the fried alligator appetizer, so we could say we had it. My gumbo was great— sausage is the best part.

Never a bad experience nor an entree I have not enjoyed in years. Unique ( where else can you get blackened alligator in Cincinnati?) menu and great food . My favorite is chicken and sausage jambalaya and frozen margaritas with splash of cranberry. Love this place - have been coming here since Allyn originally opened the place with only the bar side and a space in the back with an ice machine and a gravel floor.

It is ok place, they have pretty good tuna. My husband liked their Cajun fries. Other sides were fine too. They didn't have cream brulee 😞
