The food was fresh and amazing! Our order was ready when we arrived and a customer service representative was there to hand it to us!

Edit: I have been going here more recently and it's definitely gotten better since my original review. Upped my rating by 1 star Really like the bubble tea and bowls here but otherwise some of the food has been dropping in quality. The creamy wontons I used to really enjoy but have lately always been super burnt and hard to chew. It also seems like the tacos are less filling than they used to be about a year ago but that may just be me misremembering.

Every time I walk in I am greeted by a wonderful staff member and pointed in the right direction. I am someone who always orders the same bubble tea, and Balance is the only place that seems to do it perfectly! I can honestly say I do not like anywhere else’s Bubble tea and I am always disappointed because they don’t meet the standards that Balance creates when they serve their amazing Bubble Teas. Pineapple tea with strawberry bubbles is my go to. :)

Hyper fast and organized, the employees are wonderful. The food is probably amazing if you are a girl or a hippie. Men shouldn't eat here it's just not for dudes

I was having a terrible day, locked my keys in my car and I went into balance for the first time. I told Jenna, a staff member, it was my first time. I was feeling out of place. She directed me to an amazing worker named Theo. He was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. You could tell he was not only educated in the products, but also passionate about his position. His friendly vibe was contagious. Balance really turned my day around. The bubble tea variety they offer is amazing. I 10/10 recommend. Thank you Balance.
