This is the best lunch we have had while traveling in a very long time, and we aren’t vegan. The owner and staff are lovely. The restaurant is beautiful and clean and inviting. There is a gorgeous little garden area in the back and we got to eat out there in the sun. Now for the food, wow, these ladies can cook! We had the super greens soup it was so delicious( we bought 2 containers to take home), the roasted cauliflower bowl which was so fresh and tasty and beautiful and we had a side salad with ranch which was very good. Everything was well seasoned and really amazing. I recommend treating yourself to this delicious little spot.

Our first time eating at the Tin Thistle and we loved it. It starts with the cozy and welcoming atmosphere makes it feel like you are dining with friends and family! The staff were great and made sure we are enjoying ourselves! The menu has so many great options. We ordered two burgers and the vegan patties were amazing! The patty was juicy well flavored and blew any alternative patty out of the water. What a great experience for us! Will definitely be back!

I've been a fan of Tin Thistle for many years. Their food never disappoints me. Always delicious and fresh. And Paula is such a sweetheart! The dining room is large and accommodating with lovely artwork. The outdoor dining space is perfect on a sunny day. If I had to have a critique, it is that the dining room can be quite cold during the cooler seasons. Though to be fair, those old buildings with mile-high ceilings are a pain to heat! I'll still put on a jacket and go though, for another bowl of her mac n cheese!

Although we had no food, the prices were a lot for the nice pastries. The coffee was rich and delicious, but a bit too thick for a breve. The servicers were very nice and prompt. The atmosphere delightful
