My sister’s birthday is today July 4, 2025 she is a vegan and chose this restaurant for her birthday dinner. It was only two of us and we only order rice. Streef corn and tacos. An hour later still no food. I asked the server what was the hold up and he said he would check. He came back and told us the food would be out in a few minutes. Amazing vegan food!

I really want to remain nice with this review but I want to be honest. The vibe was alright. Waiters and host were very friendly. I ordered the empanadas, nachos, meatballs, stuffed peppers and enchiladas. The empanadas was overly stuffed and with the off putting taste of impossible meat. Didn’t taste like it was seasoned much. The nachos was edible but truly I only ate it because I was hungry. I asked for guacamole and it was turning brown a bit. Which can be avoided simple by adding lime juice to the top. The enchiladas was an overwhelmingly strong flavor of cumin. The stuffed pepper was just… it was just bad. Honestly this spot was so good around 2022. Over the years it just lost its integrity and passion. 🙏🏻 bathroom can use some cleaning as well. Wasn’t a good date night.

Love this place sm! Amazing for someone who doesn’t eat dairy but wants Mexican food. Really good drinks & food!

So incredibly loud!!! Typical of the neighborhood. Enchiladas mole good not great. No hint of chocolate. Nice level of spice. Rose was just ok. Ate at the bar. Nice bartender. Pretty much overwhelmed. Busy!!!

thee best vegan tacos i’ve ever had! me and my bf went on taco tuesday, and tried all of their tacos. my favorite was the heart of palm and his was the buffalo cauliflower. also the taco dip was so good and cheesy!!! our waiter (i forget his name but he was from texas) was awesome and provided great service, even though i think he was waiting all of the tables that night. i’m surprised this place has any negative reviews at all. i will definitely be back soon :-)

The food is absolutely delicious. The servers are very friendly and check on you quite a bit. We had the impossible tacos, and the double chorizo burger and yuca fries.

Marlo was awesome!! Attentive, but never hovered, answered all of our questions with a smile, made sure we had what we needed. Just overall a fantastic waitress!! I hate to say it but the manager wasn't as friendly. We saw the manager and Marlo bump into each other, clearly an accident, Marlo kept apologizing while it looked like the manager was about to punch her. She didn't but it definitely gave us the vibe that the staff is abused. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day but she definitely seemed to have a negative impact on the staff and the energy changed when she left (she's why I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5)....do with that what you will, but remember happiness is a choice! Anyway the food was great! We had a table of 5 and the young man (I didn't catch his name but he was shorter with dark hair and nice nails!) who seated us was super accommodating and made sure we were comfortable in our outdoor seating, which we had requested. We devoured a few chopped salads, double burger, avocado toast and shared a plate of pancakes. No crumb left behind!! Everyone was satisfied and happy! My friends said the drinks were excellent too. Although the weekend unlimited mimosas were super tempting, I decided to behave myself. If you like delicious Mexican food and great people watching I highly recommend a sidewalk table!! I'll definitely be back for mimosas and to eat my way through the menu.

It was okay. Usually you want vegan food because it's healthier, but the fish tacos were honestly salted beyond belief, which is a shame because they would have been otherwise very good ... Just couldn't taste anything other than the salt. Wait staff was decently polite, depending on server. Atmosphere was good.
