I had the Mexican Hash (made vegan) and it was mushy, overly salty, and inedible. I felt immediately sick when I ate my first bite. I tried another bite and just couldn't do it. The hash browns were not even close to crispy. The avocado (an extra $2) was a tiny scoop of gross fake guacamole that tasted store-bought. Everything else felt either over or undercooked with no seasoning (besides salt) and honestly seemed like it was warmed up in a microwave. As a vegan, I've gotten used to low-effort options from restaurants, which has helped me avoid being picky since sometimes you just need to eat, but I truly never have tasted something so horrible. I had to send the food back (which is something I've never done before). Not pictured: my partner got the biscuits & gravy which he stated was mushy, too salty, and he couldn't even tell there was sausage in there. He had to send his food back as well. Thankfully, our server was nice and didn't charge us for the food we sent back, but it was a huge disappointment. If you're going to have "vegan options," please think of replacements. Charging regular price for a veganized meal where you take away half of the meal (eggs, etc.) shouldn't cost the same amount, and it's a sorry excuse for a "vegan option."

What a great little spot! We stopped by here on a quick trip while passing through the area and were looking for something light, fresh, and healthy to start the day. This place absolutely delivered. It has a simple yet well-curated menu with great options for both breakfast and lunch, whether you’re in the mood for something hearty or something clean and refreshing. I really liked the layout and atmosphere—very cozy and welcoming. The coffee bar setup was a nice touch too, with several quality options for those who want something beyond the basic drip. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the avocado toast, which came out beautifully plated and loaded with fresh toppings. My friend ordered the French toast, and it looked just as amazing—thick slices, perfectly golden, and not overly sweet. Both of us were impressed with the quality of the ingredients and how quickly the food came out. The staff was friendly and helpful without being overbearing, which made the experience even better. Parking was pretty easy, though the lot is small—so I’d recommend arriving early if you’re visiting during peak hours. We’ll definitely be stopping by again next time we’re in town!

Overpriced mediocre food, slow service. Save your money and go to the grit counter in North Charleston. Much better food much better service.
