Looks nice inside and the food came quickly. The cashier served with a smile and was knowledgeable about their menu and ended up saving me a few bucks.

After picking up takeout (plain fried rice and steamed rice,) I brought it home and found a DEAD ROACH IN MY RICE. If I hadn't had been so mortified by the situation, I would have taken a picture to attach. I should have read other reviews about the lack of cleanliness at this restaurant. I have reported this to the health department and hope that someone can prevent this place from getting people sick. This is SO wrong!!!

Horrible! My child and husband both got deathly ill with food poisoning immediately after eating yokisoba noodles and steak, and shrimp and fried rice. I ordered the chicken breast bowl and the chicken is canned chicken! This is not Japanese food, we are visiting from California and this restaurant is disrespecting Japanese cuisine. I called to speak with someone and Sandy immediately became irritable and combative saying she only works there on Sunday and to call back on Monday to speak to the owners. Stay far away with this place unless you want to get sick. They need to be shut down!

The food was blah just blah. My shrimp was undercooked. I couldn't finish my food. I liked the place that was there before this place.

Where to begin, idk how they managed to undercook shrimp but they did, the steak was dry and over cooked and the broccoli was almost raw, only upside is they give you big portions but a lot of food that's trash isn't really that beneficial.

I showed up after working a 10+ shift as a restaurant worker myself. I got there 25 minutes before close and the doors are locked the girl at the counter doesn’t even come to the door to talk to me but just signals at me from the order stand that they are done for the night…. Sign on the door says till 10 online says 10 too. I get it if I had shown up 5-10 minutes before close but even then typically in the restaurant business you serve food until you close unless you have laid out a stopped serving time. Which I have not seen that anywhere. Definitely disappointed I was only going to order a bowl I just needed food after my shift. Second time I’ve had issues with the customer service at this location. Love the food at this chain but bad service ruins everything hope to see a change in the future

I spent 40 getting a lunch bowl large and hibachi. I’m not kidding my xl bowl of steak and shrimp had 4 shrimp and 5 squares of meat. It was all rice. I also paid for bacon rice and they put a couple little raw pieces of bacon in it. Very disappointing.

i absolutely love this place! great service and the food is delicious and fresh!

Don't bother coming to this place. They'll loose your order every time, and make it BEYOND difficult to get it made, even if you show proof. Then they'll ask you if you called your bank to get the money back instead of trying to make it right. Worst restaurant I have EVER walked in to.
