The food here is FABULOUS!!!!! First time I went, I did not know how to pronounce what I thought I wanted to order!!! I got home to eat my take-out order and the food was totally DELICIOUS!!!! I have been back many times now and they helped me learn how to pronounce some of my favs!!!!!! And everyone who has ever served me, has been super nice!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

We love Vui’s and go weekly. The staff (in Gallatin) are always pleasant, smiling and ready to serve. I typically don’t like restaurant food, but can tell Vui’s uses fresh, whole food. The flavor is amazing (fresh). My only wish to better my experience is for them to come to Mt. Juliet!! My friends all love this place, but we are all in Mt. Juliet and Lebanon and it’s quite the commute with kids. Lol! The owner really knows her stuff and is being what other Asian cuisine places are not. Whole Foods, fresh.

The food is PERFECT every time! I find that it's one of the few places where I can get fresh, healthy food quickly in Gallatin. Staff is always so kind too. I cannot recommend it enough!

It was ok. I'm used to a different, more traditional, broth. The pho was enjoyable and they have good beverage options. The restaurant was very clean with nice restroom facilities, and even a separate hand washing sink in the hall. Service was quick and friendly
